Prolactin and testosterone. Invega makes your prolactin go up abnormally high and sometimes the testosterone decreases for some people. Declining prolactin levels usually indicate that invega is leaving your body. I thought a declining prolactin level would be good news but my body is not reflecting any improvement. Prolactin was sitting at 27ug/l four months ago, now it is 9.8ug/l.

There is also a test to check level of invega left in yourbody but it is not available where i live.
I take that as a good sign, hopefully your body will reflect those improvements soon. At six months Invega should be nearly out of you're system and now your brain has to resensitize. Healing might happen from now. Six months is where most see some early signs of improvements. Maybe change will happen very gradually for you right now.

Well, so i May spent 660$ just to have nothing in return? But what if this time something happen? I want to try, we are talking about my life and potentially lifes of other people here if something useful came out..

If your life is on the line like stated earlier, it does you no harm to try your absolute best. But you could potentially alleviate all this by just asking her how much the reccomendation would cost. She isn’t going to do anything but medically tell you what you what you already know and even on the off chance her summary does answer a question you do have. The same question can be answered by whoever you’re recommended to

same, I wish forum was more active as it would help with those of us suffering with boredom

For that to happen people have to put down the cries for help 24/7 and open up to expressing our humanism. Last time we spoke about video games here there was a group of people who viewed it as a violation of what we’re here for

I was hoping to see some good signs too. According to some people the average half-life for invega sustenna is 42 days, so i would say around 7 to 9 months is when the drug completely leaves the body. But, after that the body goes through withdrawals which can last a long time because the drug still stays in your blood. I might be going through withdrawals right now...who knows? I keep asking what the withdrawal signs of invega are, when do they start, and how long they last, but no one has been able to answer.

I'm pretty sure people don't experience withdrawals similar to those on pills because of the slow release nature of the injection.
I saw it said recovery 6-9 months is very rare
From what I've seen 6-9 months is more common for recovery with those with few injections. Not 6 months but 6 months is where you experience early healing signs. Hang in there it could be a lot worse and you could have had more injections.

if it takes me years to recover then I won’t get to enjoy my 20s

It wont take years i recovered within a year and i had about 3 months wrth of invega and atlest 18 months worth of abilify injections. I would have recovered much sooner had it not been for latuda

Why psychiatrists are allowed to prescribe Invega without being aware of the half life of the drug astounds me. My main psychiatrist said in 6 weeks I should be feeling better, as it should be out of my system. Another one mentioned that it will take four months, although sounds plausible- with the many people on this forum, I have yet seen anyone who has recovered in four months. This is the hardest thing I've gone through and having no idea when I will see improvements is daunting. This forum is my only outlet because people here understand as they also have been injected. When will this nightmare end.

I have a lot of the same symptoms - same cognitive issues, and muted hunger cues too. ADHD medication doesn’t work on me anymore, same with caffeine. I wonder how long it takes to feel substances again.

What’s different is I have a lot of fatigue and oversleep, opposite of you. Low motivation is one of the hardest symptoms to deal with since I can’t motivate to do even simple tasks.

Lack of emotions is the hardest for me because it’s really sad that I can’t feel love anymore, not even toward my baby. I love my baby intellectually, but don’t actually feel the emotion. Same with other positive emotions like joy, excitement, etc. I can’t even feel pleasure from eating ice cream.
do you feel the jitterrs or any other effects of adhd medication? I still feel the overstimulation
how many months are you in your recovery from invega?

Whats the point of getting a PET? How will it help or what will it diagnose? Will it help me recover?
It will show the expression of your receptors that obviously have changed due to these injections, and you can prove to them you have downregulation or upregulation and that your receptors changed in sensivity so they will give you proper cure

apparently a lot of recovery stories are fake and the company pays people, is this true?
Maybe on conventional websites like drugs.com you can find bogus recovery stories, but on bluelight it’s unlikely. Why so— because you can search the person making the claim in the search engine—from there you can see the persons postage history.

Also the duration of recovery of the stories seems realistic, as everybody who recovers posts no more than five months minimum for their recovery.

Recovery is certainly possible- especially with your doses; It’s two I believe ?

Recovery for me on the other hand is uncertain— as I have had six injections and I take olanzapine. I don’t think olanzapine will hinder my recovery from Invega, but it might. It’s a gamble I’m willing to take. It does block dopamine, but loosely and after my evening dose—the following morning only 40-50% of my receptors are blocked and with the afternoon 35% I don’t think it will give me the same side effects as Invega, but time will tell. If I’m not better in 12 months I’ll try and taper off olanzapine. But for now it’s excellent and helps me get a good nights rest , as Invega caused me insomnia. Who knows once Invega clears I might feel good in staying on olanzapine and I’ll just continue it. As it will stop me from entering psychosis.

they prescribed me Olanzapine for akathisia and appetite but that appears to be improving in its own

I have been going for 35-40 minute walks and recently i have just been frustrated/upset at my mental health team for doing this to me, life was so enjoyable before

I’am in agony with all sort of alterations and tinnitus, before these injections i was completely healthy and normal, life was normal.

Who did this to me don’t take accountability, they abandoned me in this agony.
