There's no moderation in that sadly, once the testicles are full of semen and you are activated, your mind gains access to higher powers, and it can cause psychosis.
It's a very powerful experience, and I believe one can heal himself this way.

I'm scared of ending up in the psych ward again because of it.

Nah bro you can do released schedules like once every 2 weeks or once a month
