Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

hey guys! i rarely check this forum anymore but i am doing SO much better with my life, anhedonia-wise. it honestly feels like i am a phoenix who has risen through the ashes.

i am looking for employment at the moment and i am also talking to a girl romantically. i was suffering so much before and never imagined i would be in a place like this, ever.

i have been avoiding this forum for mental health reasons but i have still been checking up on people because you guys are important to me, i still have some issues with sleep caused by a reaction to another medicationbut i assure you, my life is MUCH more livable now.

big shoutout to @IOSIP, whose recovery story was my lifeline, paranoid for being an awesome mod, @trueart for answering my questions and being a role model for me, and @Invegatorture as well. there are also some other people here whose names i have forgotten, but thank you all.

i will make sure to make another post on christmas to show how i am doingbut i barely think about invega anymore. the level of resilience i have shown through invega and also pssd feels like a miracle. i remember making a prayer asking god to help me, and i think he answered.

i still have some trauma from this experience, i have a lifelong grudge against shrinks/psychs and wish to declare war on them but that is not possible. i will see if i can find a lawyer to do something in honour of the lives taken by this poison.

i know my trauma will lessen over time, it already has to some extent and it does not define me as a person.

much love everyone <3
Congratulations!!!

"I received two injections of Invega Sustenna and then stopped. Today marks roughly six and a half months since my last shot. I just ate a steak today and finally felt a bit of gustatory pleasure. Also today, I was able to feel a slight arousal when looking at an attractive person. My bowel movements have just returned to normal. It was only yesterday that I learned this medication suppresses all nerves, including the muscle tissue and nerves in the digestive system. The sensation of foreignness in my head has basically disappeared. Seeing that others have recovered gives me hope, and I know I still need to tough it out and wait a few more months for a full recovery. Keep fighting, everyone!"
hey man, it gets better and better.

Just learn from your mistakes.

14 months, starting to feel like anhedonia is decreasing but I'm not sure
One way to tell is if you have interest in doing things or can think of things to do and get some sort of satisfaction from doing them. Im still in the boat of my mind is just shut off and I can’t think of anything to do so I pace back and fourth all day until bedtime

i was like that for 20 months, i don't enjoy doing things, but i can go outside and walk around, take care of myself, and walked around the city buy coffee, for me that is a lot after being bedridden almost 2 years.

By the way David Hawkins one of the biggest spiritual teachers od mankind said that calling people names attracts anger and sadghuru said anger is poison for other people mistakes. Om

So I took an edible and I got high . I’m going to stop doing weed though . I’m probably just going to stick to alcohol . Also stopping nicotine . I feel my libido coming back stronger these past couple days and I haven’t even started zinc yet . Feels like I recovered . I would say by December I should be 100%

How is your confidence level guys? After this shit ı have 0 confidence
Yeh mines 0 at the moment because not only did it take everything away from me but it also made me 60lbs overweight and last year I lost 40 just to put it all back on, if I was in shape it would make all of this a little easier tbh, how you holding up bro?
