Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

hey guys! i rarely check this forum anymore but i am doing SO much better with my life, anhedonia-wise. it honestly feels like i am a phoenix who has risen through the ashes.

i am looking for employment at the moment and i am also talking to a girl romantically. i was suffering so much before and never imagined i would be in a place like this, ever.

i have been avoiding this forum for mental health reasons but i have still been checking up on people because you guys are important to me, i still have some issues with sleep caused by a reaction to another medicationbut i assure you, my life is MUCH more livable now.

big shoutout to @IOSIP, whose recovery story was my lifeline, paranoid for being an awesome mod, @trueart for answering my questions and being a role model for me, and @Invegatorture as well. there are also some other people here whose names i have forgotten, but thank you all.

i will make sure to make another post on christmas to show how i am doingbut i barely think about invega anymore. the level of resilience i have shown through invega and also pssd feels like a miracle. i remember making a prayer asking god to help me, and i think he answered.

i still have some trauma from this experience, i have a lifelong grudge against shrinks/psychs and wish to declare war on them but that is not possible. i will see if i can find a lawyer to do something in honour of the lives taken by this poison.

i know my trauma will lessen over time, it already has to some extent and it does not define me as a person.

much love everyone <3
Congratulations!!!

"I received two injections of Invega Sustenna and then stopped. Today marks roughly six and a half months since my last shot. I just ate a steak today and finally felt a bit of gustatory pleasure. Also today, I was able to feel a slight arousal when looking at an attractive person. My bowel movements have just returned to normal. It was only yesterday that I learned this medication suppresses all nerves, including the muscle tissue and nerves in the digestive system. The sensation of foreignness in my head has basically disappeared. Seeing that others have recovered gives me hope, and I know I still need to tough it out and wait a few more months for a full recovery. Keep fighting, everyone!"
hey man, it gets better and better.

Just learn from your mistakes.
