Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Can I ask you what about your condition keeps you bedridden? Is it 24/7 or are you able to move beyond bed sometimes. Either way, I'm sorry for your hell... I know it well. Sincerely, Dan
Before i used to take Vyvanse and be a software developer for big companies, i made my own app website start up, i used to work 18 hours a day, now I'm reduce to laying in the bed 98 precent of the day, i can go get coffee or meet friends once every few days, but essentially I'm mostly bedridden, i don't feel dopamine andreline or anything 🏇 i feel like i died once i got injected.

Guys I really recommend going to the gym and training on weight machines / weightlifting. I started today instead of spending the whole time on treadmill and already feel quite a bit more motivated and less anhedonic. Even if you can't feel the postworkout endorphins, it's still worth doing anyways.

Took Adderall i feel 0 dopamine I've been lobotomized, there's 0 dopamine receptors in my brain after 12 months, even though i spend already around 500$ for supplement, nad+, omega 3, uridine and more and more, i try to eat as healthy as possible, bluberry everyday, eat at home fish chicken vegetable, i go for a walk a few times per week, nothing fucking help

But you said you can still get high from weed, right? Try a nicotine vape after waking up too, that's been one of my recovery benchmarks.

Probably your receptors just need a bit more time

Took like 10 different supplement and one experimental nootropics feeling bit better, like that hole in my forehead is closing, but let's see tomorrow, thia medicine is one evil drug made to break your soul, and forces you to give up on life.

hey everybody, just thought i’d come back and give everybody an update 🙂 i am going on 15 months since my last injection and am doing incredibly well, i am 110% back to being the person i was before the injections, i might even say better than i was before the injections messed me up. i’ve returned to my studies and rarely think about the injections / the hell i experienced from invega but when it does cross my mind i think about how dark it was and how thankful i am to have come out the other side better than before. please believe me when i say it gets better so just hang in there 🩷 reflecting back on it all i believe there was a handful of things that helped my recovery such as regular exercise, healthy eating, taking supplements, the several acupuncture sessions i did for anxiety, therapy (CBT), connection and community, the love i have for my child, self care, good sleep hygiene (aiming to get 7-8 hours sleep even if i was waking up through the night), giving myself things to look forward to whether it was big or small but i think the most important thing is to be as positive as possible… i never let any negative thoughts overtake me, i did gratitude journaling and told myself 3 postive things anytime i had a negative thought (highly recommend watching youtube vids on brain plasticity)
as for medication, i believe the bupropion in the combo medication i’ve spoken of here also helped, it’s not a magical fix and won’t take away all your problems but personally for me it did help to elevate my mood.
i know how difficult of a time you’re having but you will absolutely get through this!! 💪 just do your best to give yourself the love and care you need and deserve through your recovery journey even if it comes with great difficulty 🙏 maybe showering feels like too much of a chore but at least brush your teeth and wash your face, going to the gym might be a bit much for you right now but atleast go for a 20-30 minute walk and get some sunlight. just do whatever you can the best that you can 💕 you can and will absolutely get through this so don’t give up, life as you knew it before the injections is still there, you just got to soldier through until you get there 🫡
