Why give up on life because of a drugs' effects?
Yes, there's no doubt Invega and the like are harmful - but why keep obsessing over it?
I've been coerced/intimidated into taking this sort of shit since early 2015 by way of injection and also oral drugs on top of that. Full recovery to pre-neuroleptic state took me eight months after ten maximum dose injections. Full recovery to me means the ability to feel (rather extreme) positive emotion, spiritual insight, feeling alive, well & healthy. Active. Flexible. Fit. Intelligent. Eight months of doing not much at all; just allowing the drug to naturally eliminate itself, bought back everything I once thought was lost.
I still take neuroleptics + mood stabilizers by force, but only for a short while longer. I'd rather not take anything, and still maintain with complete certainty that I never needed pharmaceutical drug intervention, nor did I want it of course, but whatever.
Some activities that attenuate the effects of psychiatric drugs include:
1. Brainwave Entrainment. This involves listening to audio/binaural-type beats with the aim of fostering a trance-like state to allow relaxation and energetic healing to occur more easily. Quietens your conscious-mind/ego. Feels great. 50% the method I used to quit nicotine addiction also (note: what other harmful drugs are you truly on - most symptoms people are complaining about here mimic the effects of nicotine addiction)
2. Natural Healing. A huge topic, with a lot of dis-information out there about it. I specifically read and implement anything from Walter Last.

3. Talk therapy with a "therapist/psychologist". Fid one who is pro-recovery without the need for psych drugs. Most mainstream doctors would love to see you ill, or on drugs, as this is how they keep themselves employed. Get interested in the truth, find someone who sells themselves as a "spiritually-minded"/"wholistic practitioner" and suss them out, could be a good place to start...

* If you're being forced to take these drugs; the best way out is through the system.
* If you're not forced, and don't think it's helpful, why are you taking them? See the work of Will Hall - his Harm Reduction Guide to reducing or eliminating is the best I've found over the years. This thread is rather helpless in terms of recovery and seems to me to be promoting longevity of a fear-mongering environment. Feel free to pm me an email address if you'd like to get in contact with me further; I'm working on a project which will serve those who think they suffer from neuroleptic or other psychiatric drugs, but would love to chat with more of you individually in the meantime.
