@Inv33 don't worry, your sexual function is quiet resilient, take things slow. For the first 2 months just do some light exercises, very light, don't exert yourself. Then you can pick up the intensity later. Yes the sexual function will come back. It takes longer for muscle weakness and cognitive function to recover.
