Hey guys, there is an abilify thread too. Also, antipsychotics vary a lot on some measures. For example, a small amount of abilify is usually stimulating. They work differently, partially depending on the dose. It's fine to state your opinion so long as you denote it as such. Thanks.

Also the side effects from a antipsychotic like zyprexa which i currently take or even the side efects of fucking thorazine are more bearable then the side effects from say effexor. Lexapro really helped my OCD for the few months I was on it in college, and I have a friend who used to have really bad depression and they're off of SSRIs now and doing much better. They do work for some people.

I think the future in treating depression and OCD lies with psychedelics and new medications based on psychedelics. I heard of a version of LSD that doesn't make you trip that still needs to be put through clinical trials and shit. And also a form of LSD that has a shorter duration that could be safer to use. There's a whole new world of treatments out there and we don't have them because Nixon killed psychedelic research so long ago. I believe these medications will have fewer side effects.

I think the antipsychotic properties of cannabidiol/CBD needs to be explored more. Maybe with molecular tweaking and more knowledge about how the endocannabinoid system actually works we could develop something based on CBD that is more effective.

Microdosed ketamine works for depression and OCD, and it's less likely to cause psychosis or HPPD than classic psychedelics, but it's not covered by medicaid so I can't try it. :(

A thread with 5 total posts isn’t even noteworthy. This is the one that gets responses. But this isn’t some kind of pissing contest.. both suck to get injected with.. both have similar symptoms.. both are poison… I don’t see a point in making a stink about which poison which person got.
 
Did anyone else have pain in their genitals after they were injected or was that just me? Are my nerves in trouble? I just want sensation back.

I missed this in my notifications.

Real threats can be augmented by psychosis, and delusions about new technologies are also common. I bet I'm not the only person to have delusions about machine learning either. Funny how psychosis can have trends, influenced by what's going on in the world.
