Mental Health Coming off Invega (Paliperidone, Xeplion) injections v 6.0

Is there any good supplement for sleep? I have insomnia and need to take seroquel like 100 mg and i dont wanna take a.p. plus im taking 10mg melatonin and gaba supplement...is there anything that i can combine with them instead of seroquel?
 
Day 110:

Anhedonia is still severe
Blank mind is still severe
Akathisia has lessened
Can’t focus at all
Bones and muscles are weakened
Can’t socialize at all

Not many improvements from month 3-4

Exercise is really good for this. It has a habit of working all of the time, and makes you healthier in many other ways, too.
 
Very disturbed and disappointed with how today went. Invega is completely out it seems and I spent all day almost untangling myself from the moods I would have to use. Complete different person rn…. I haven’t read anything about this. Do I naturally have a big personality? Has anyone esle encountered this?

If I dont break this cycle i will break into psychosis and be put back on invega.

I just relasped on masterbation trust me my man you don’t want too do it think of the consequences my brain went on binge mode and I did it 8 times now I’ve been thinking of ending it I’m back and forth with the idea of suicide rn masterbation addiction has been a very destructive thing in my life it played a big role in me getting injected with invega.

For sure I'll keep that in mind. dont commit suicide -everything is fixable. I have to remember that one myself

I struggle with this too.
There are usually 3 reasons:
1.) Boredom
2.) Horny
3.) Sexual images on tv/internet

I try to do the following instead:
1.) Work out/gym/exercise
2.) Play video games
3.) Read books
4.) Socialize
5.) Chores/house work

Working out especially helps get rid of horny feelings and boosts dopamine.

Ya rn I think ima just stick it out and deal with the hell that’s to come my mind has changed 4 times tho so idk what ima do for sure yet I went on a 6 month streak of nofap in the environment I’ve been in so idk maybe I need a routine though I’ve just been at home recovering from invega I’ll go to the gym sometimes but only 3 days a week I also walk everyday but that’s about it I rarely go out cause invega made me a shell of the person I was before. Ima go back to school in a week and a half or so and maybe get a job so that should help ima also try to workout more often

Were you on invega those 6 months? That will over ride everything but won't fix the sexual issues from the source. So if one had a bad environment that makes one masterb*te and one took invega and it fixed the masterbation problem and psychosis that would be cool. But now one has a million other problems some deadly. when one could fix the environment from the source and dodge sexual problems and psychosis, and everything else. That's what I believe. I dont think people are just born meant to f up. I believe we are like seeds with good or bad soil. And we react differently to certain soils as well. Again that's just what I believe. Who am I tho

And if you weren't on invega those 6 months then you can go forever without masterb*ting you just have to believe in yourself. And try those things Afernandes1 said. Its possible
 
I read that there is a similar thread "coming off invega" but for abilify i cannot seem to find that forum thread, almost two years ago i came off invega but now i came off abilify so i would like to know how long recovery from abilify takes.
I still take abilify 5mg because im on a CTO... one months ago received three shots of abilify 400 mg.
Problem is difficulty with traveling and doing shit..im restricted to places close nearby because i use kratom and opiates to deal with the side effects of abilify which is everything listed in the manual....how long off the shot will the akatheshia end? With invega the akatheshia ended three months off the shot.

Abilify shots are less worse than invega..probably 1/10 as bad but still life ruining especially because i recovered 80 to 90 % after the invega shots before receiving abilify shots...probably needed one year of extra rest. Also suffering from benzo withdrawal

Anti psychotics especially abilify damage impulse control
after taking opiods this problem is less. Dopamin is needed not only for focus but also impulse control especially substance cravings. Low dopamin or too high creates more sexual issues

Nah I was not I was still pre invega 2 months before but when I was quitting masterbation I had bad withdrawals so I took kratom to ease them so I could still function enough to workout and go hang out with my homies but then my depression got worse from masterbation withdrawal and I started taking like 35 grams of kratom a day which led to psychosis. I’ve always been sucessful with quitting masterbation while sober but whenever I’d smoke weed id get horny and relapse so I quit weed too, my last relapse however was due to seeing a lot of sexual imagines online I thought since I hadn’t masterbated in so long I’d be fine looking at it I was dumb asl.
