when did you have your last injection? seroquel always used and just a little tired. maybe it slows the recovery but sooner or later it has to happen? will sleep return to normal? how long to return to normal. and do you go back to normal? there are people who, for example, after years were sick on this forum? I ask users who have been following the forum for years

My problem is that I don't sleep at all
I would be happy with 1-2h. Would mean that my natural sleeping is not damaged

I've been addicted to benzos. I bought it in powder and vaporized with e-juice so I know what it is. But if you don't sleep and are recovering from invega, a temporary addiction to sleeping pills seems to me the least of the problems.

Just my opinion. I also think like the admin. Not all depressions are crying from feeling sad. Insomnia causes depression, and depression causes insomnia. I would take that in count.

Relax. None of us are Psychiatrists. We are just plain ol' people of varying ages with varying degrees of mental health issues. Expecting us to figure out whether you are going to recover or not is like us trying to figure out what color your eyes are.

Eat good, get rest, exercise and get out in the fresh air more. You are either going to recover or you aren't. But I can tell you one thing. Spending all day reading this forum and laying in bed will not help you recover any faster. I'm not saying you lay around all day ( although some on here do ) but the only thing that will help you recover is time. Reading people's stories on here can be informative. It can also be detrimental.

The " administrators" are just regular people. Believe me....I know them well and they are just plain ol' normal hard working druggies.
 
do any of you had speech problems? its seems my speech somehow is slowed down, im on haldol, 5month off already and still have all problems as you guys.
 
ridiculous. group administrators people who have not tried invega. maybe psychiatrists as well. where if you say what you think they still remove you. an administrator should have tried the drug and say whether it is cured or not. hindsight 'and like a psychiatrist who says that invega lasts 5 months when he has never tried it on his body
 
I think I am one of the ones that would commit suicide. Actually if any of you would be close to Spain and be willing to take me to assisted suicide in Switzerland I would be very thankful.


I feel very bad and this hasn't changed when I stopped the medication. There was 0 change so I continued lying in bed because it is all I can do. I can't watch tv, I have problems to walk. And I can't not sleep even 5 minutes after 74h awake

Invenga/Xeplion is pushing me to suicide. I never had psychosis till now and the psychiatrist said it was a good medication my family believed it and forced me to 6 injections. They have signed my death sentence. It is not possible that a medication that actually does this is on the market, given so happily to people. It is murder

How many people do you expect to have taken this drug?
All antipsychotics have similar effects. I have tried several and what all have in common is anhedonia and being locked up, repressed feeling and emotion, etc.
I think it suffices for someone to help to know what that is like, or have an idea from other peope's stories.

This is a very atypical antipsychoticum..

I hope you will find the right sleeping medicine.

One day you will leave this horror behind.

Try to relax somehow... Take a walk, take a bath, take a tea, take benzos.
Don't have any other suggestions.

Don't give up!! Life is not meant to be like this. Your life will come back.!


One day this will be a faint memory............

I was on the Invega injection for multiple months, actually...
 
proprio la dipendenza dai sonniferi è il problema minore perché il dolore è avvertito da invega. c'è chi dice che uscire dall'attività fisica... non è facile. chi riesce a farlo non è cattivo come me
 
Yeah ive never actually been on invega but i have been on 4 different antipsychotics including injections. They all gave me the same problems. Anhedonia apathy memory problems. Cognitive problems. Sleeping more low energy. Its cause they antagonize dopamine receptors which is the feel good chemical.

You talk as if you were able to function while taking those injections. For some people they just feel some annoyance, like the coffee doesn't taste the same, but for few, I am afraid our dopamine is totally gone, everything is painful. Really painful. It is a feeling I didn't have with 2 shots, that's why I hate my family

Yeah im mad at my family for making me take these meds too. Thats why i plan tl move out in about 3 years. Just live on me own and if i get psychosis ill just live with it. Id rather be in psychosis then be on these meds

Im not functional on these meds either. I dont have the energy to go to the gym and stuff. I work 2 or 3 days a week 6 hours a day but im drained of energy. Im just working so i can move out evenetually.and never be forced on meds again.

No one gets removed from the thread, and we are not psychiatrists. We're just normal people who volunteer their time to watch over the forum to make sure it keeps on track.

Did you get what you wanted? We have a moderator who said in the below post that they have taken several months worth of Invega injections. Are you even going to acknowledge his statement? Do you not have any questions for him?
