Comedown Cures

5-HTP after coming down along with a vitamin B6 and some food in my stomach....

Taken again that night before going to sleep again....

Not sure if it could easily be found in the supplement section, but after doing some reading the enzyme Tryptophan Hydroxylase is the rate limiting reactant in the production of serotonin meaning the amount of serotonin you produce is dependent on the amounts of this enzyme.... So you throw in 5HTP, B6, and TPH and you have yourself as serotonin producing cocktail....

take the TPH and B6 before to load up on them, then add the 5-HTP into the mix an hour or two later....

If your diet in the time after the roll is lacking, maybe you got a methbomb and just dont want to eat, take a multivitamin to get some vitamins and minerals into your body...

Also take a hot bath, try and get some sleep, and a good meal in your stomach...

if my TPH you mean Tryptophan Hydroxylase then you cant supplement with that.
your body is depleted of Tryptophan Hydroxylase for days after mdma use.
only way to restore serotonin is via 5-htp administration

Tryptophan Hydroxylase is only for the production of 5-htp from L-Tryptophan
DDC Decarboxylase is for 5-htp to serotonin

Vitamin B6 reduces the potency of serotonin as this activates Decarboxylase enzyme in your gut which metabolises 5-htp before it reaches the brain.
 
Plenty of good advice here, but did something once that didn't involve any drugs and totally brought me out of the draining comedown and made me stoked again. After a long night of candyflippin, I eventually passed out and woke up hours later still in the comedown stage. I went for a long hike, because exercise is like the fountain of well-being for me.

But it wasn't really doing much that day -- until I saw a bear. I saw it first, I was downwind of it, and there was a loud creek right below it that seperated us. I watched for a bit and then decided to sneak up on it. It couldn't see me, couldn't hear me, couldn't smell me. I ended up getting within about 25'. It was so awesome; it totally made my day and put a grin on my face and a good feelings throughout. If I had been with someone else to be a witness/cameraman or to back me up if it came to that, I would have snuck up on that fucker and slapped its ass, I totally had the opportunity, which would have given me a rush that would have lasted for hours. So yeah, go chase a bear and you'll feel great.
 
just a tidbit I felt like throwing in: do NOT watch it's always sunny in philadelphia whilst coming down. I tried putting it on because at least when I'm sober I think that show is hilarious. But on my e comedown I tripped out horribly on how cynical-bordering-on-evil those people are.

Weed instantly cures any comedown blues for me!

I smoke from the moment I wake up the next day (Kinda brings back the roll a little bit too,)

Then go out with some mates and eat the BIGGEST Lunch I can handle, go home for another nap/tv. Wake up and smoke more weed!

Haha. No more comedown!!

Also in the next few days if i start to feel that synthetic low serotonin depression i find having a small (or big) toke, helps a lot.
 
day of:
-take a multiple vitamin before you start the night
-take another multiple vitamin, 50-100mg 5-htp, and smoke some herb when you get home
-pop a benzo a half hour before bed if you still cannot fall asleep

day after:
-take 50-100mg 5-htp when you wake up in the morning
-eat something
-exercise if you are feeling up to it, this helps a lot
-smoke more herb, take another multiple vitamin and pop 50-100 mg 5-htp
-relax
-get a good night's sleep

I love that your comedown cure is to hike and see a bear.

I think in the meantime Vitamins, good food and sleep are easier to get a hold of than a wild bear :)
 
this is horrible i know, but i find alcohol works...ill go to an event roll/rave til like 5 am...come home, and drink like 5-10 beers between 5 am and 11 or noon, then i go to bed, i find this method to rock.....

Ketamine, GHB, Weed. I'd agree with blow as well but that just prolongs the inevitable.

Otherwise;
Sleep!!!!!!!!, Berocca, Multi Vitamins, fresh fruit(bananas!), food that hasn't been stupidly processed, lots of fruit juice, a few cups of tea & a comfy couch/bed with a funny movie that doesn't involve thinking on the idiot box.

Or chilling with friends that are coming down as well so we can all be miserable together!
 
pot is all i need the day after and i feel fine

and when u start 2 have that shit come down feeling if i watch a screen it come down straight away like in an instant im back2 normal
 
Depends on if I want to recover or if I want to feel better.


Recover, well time is the only real healer. But vitamins and food is good.


Feeling better - Pot or alcohol.

For both, good friends and good movies and nothing to do is the best.

when you guys are on pills, can you still cum during sex?
cos the guy i'm seeing can't, and never has a problem ordniarilary.
its soo frustrating cos all i wanna do when i get home from a night of pingin is have some sex!!!:X
 
i like weed, even thought I come up a bit I dont mind that too much, I really love to play with poi and listen to music.um my favorite would be cuddling though with blankets and a significant other. i still wanna try nitrous when I roll
