I believe there was a thread here awhile ago but there was lots of arguing and talk of colon cleanses. I'm talking colonic irrigation or hydrotherapy, I was a long term opiate user and after getting on suboxone was only pooping twice a week. I tried laxatives, enemas, fibre and was plugged for over a week at one point and went for a colonic, it wasn't uncomfortable at all actually relaxing and since then I had one a week later and feel a little less sluggish and go poop once a morning at the same time now. It has motivated me to eat healthier and be more conscious about my bathroom habits. Anybody have any input?

You can also do this by changing how you eat. Starting the day with a papaya and finishing it with certain fruits and integral food. Nuts. There's a entire diet based on regulating your intestine so to avoid colon cancer, getting in shape, etc.

I realize that I went though to basically get rid of the massive block I had sitting in there, was a step away from going to the hospital and it was worth the $80 for me anyway

Just hoping to hear people's opinions and if it helped or harmed you
