Coheed and cambria bassist arrested for armed robbery

Hello, I am kinda a new user but not really been reading posts for years just decided to join because I like this forum and site so much. I am a chronic pain patient and do not take drugs recreationally. This douche should have stocked up on what he needed before he even went on tour. There are a million ways to solve his problem, too bad he was way too stupid to think of any. People like him are giving rock bassists a bad name. Sid Vicious was a junkie, So was dee dee ramone and now this bassist. it's a fucking shame he resorted to that foolishness.
 
I thought being in a band was an easy way to get pills? At least thats what I thought. Interesting how far this guy went, especially taking a cab to a robbery, WTF...........did he lose his mind? I guess a hardcore addiction makes you lose your way of thinking.
 
Was he intoxicated already? I've never been through op withdrawal, I assume its worse than I can imagine, however, is it worth risking a career like this over? I mean, just saying, if I was in a famous (if shitty sounding) rock band, I would do anything but risk that. He plays bass for money...I mean shit, I know a lot of people who wish they could be in a famous rock band that wouldn't rob a pharmacy. I guess they did as well seeing as he's already been replaced.
