Codeine & CWE Megathread: Version II - [insert witty title]

It is very possible to catch a nod on codeine , to increase ur chances take 30-60mg (make sure it's mg not ml of cough syrup) DXM 45-60 mins before , and take an antihistamine beforehand , look for something to help with nausea like travelcalm also . If not just dose like 400mg and u should be nodding , if u smoke weed smoke some after 30 mins , that's always what brings on the nod for me .

I just wrap it up in tin foil and if u want to get creative put it in a bowl or something then cover that. Most people will think its just leftover food and leave it alone, works for me every time LOL

First of all re dosing wont work. Tolerance builds up very quickly. If you want to experience a very nice dose I say increase your dosage to 360mg. I use the red travel calm for the nausea. Just take 2 of those when you feel the nausea coming on. You can potentiate it also by having 30mg of DXM right before you drink the codeine.

i rember back when i first started i would get a proper nod off 250mgish yes fucking 250mg now 250mg dosnt touch the sides.havnt had a proper nod off codeine in agesssss maybe cos i tried stronger opiates?

yeah as you try harder opiates your natural tolerance rises as well, cross tolerance also effects the outcome. 800mg codeine does nothing for me anymore. I used to nod my ass off on 600mg :(
 
I used to get a good nod off 400mg , then it took DXM and weed atleast to get a good nod , and 600mg for a hard nod , pretty sure I need atleast 600mg for a nod now :/ havent used any drugs at all in nearly 3 weeks though so hopefully 600mg will get me off tits :)

Im quite jealous, those are the best times when you get that initial rush that lasts 30 minutes to an hour off high dose with litle to no tolerance. 3 weeks should reduce ur tolerance quite a bit although it really does depend on how long u have been abusing it. Ive gotten to a stage where 700mg does nothing anymore. I need a tolerance break but find it impossible to stop for a few weeks after so many years of usage. Its all good though, pretty itchy at the moment:P
 
40mg dxm with ya codeine is comparable to 20 mg oxy - lovinnnn it, nodding my arse off

Hi,

I just wanted to say that 3 weeks with zero opiate intake should be enough to get your tolerance pretty close to your base line level of tolerance. I have gone from not getting much out of 1000mg plus daily to being able to feel a warm rush from 3 whole N+ tabs in 3-4 weeks of abstinence. So be careful, opiates can be fatal in overdose, or worse, like a hypoxic brain injury causing severe intellectual and physical disability.

Or you'll be as sick as a dog.
 
Dudes I'm having a hard time getting any dxm.
My pharmacy is on to me with the robotussin. Is there another type of mixture that I could get it from? Something that won't make them think I'm a robotripper.

I don't want to trip just need 30mg for my dry cough, so added ingeidients don't really matter, seen as I won't be taking large amounts.
 
Here I go off topic again ... Codral cold&flu+cough has 10 mg dxm per pill (along with 500 mg paracetamol and 5 mg phenylephrine), so you could get a 20 mg dose out of that. And I'm sure there's various similar blends. Or you could try a different cough suppressant (e.g. pholcodine) or, depending on where you live, a different pharmacy?
 
Just go to another Pharmacy. I don't see why you're having any trouble buying dxm. Just ask for something for a dry cough.
 
^ I'm in a regional area at the moment, not as many pharmacys as the cities.
I went to 2 today, said Ive been waking in the night with a dry cough, one lady suggested the robotussin, I said "yeah my doctor mentioned that one" she looked over at the pharmacist with a strange look, then said that another one with pholcodine would be better.

Grrr just going to try online.
 
I've ordered it online before with no problems. Try and get codeine online though and you're shit out of luck. I even rang and spoke to the pharmacist like the site said needed to happen, after a brief consultation the pharmacist said it was all good... The package came with no nurofen plus. I ordered a few other things as well which came through, but the itemised receipt listed Nurofen Plus Qty: 0
 
i get what i want in most chemists lol , except when i tried to get restavit from this one chemist ... was fucking stupid , think most people are just worried ill have a go at them , cause i just walk in and say 'can i get a packet of panefen plus please' never any troubles , and if i want dxm , after theyve grabbed the panefen plus ill be like 'and the blue robitussin please' , done .

i sure as hell look like im using it to get high haha most of them can tell i know it , alot of them just ask 'used it before yeah?' and i say yeah and they dont bother with anything else just turn around to the pharamacist and the pharmacist doesnt bother .

the other day i walked into a chemist to get a prescription and asked for a generic 40 pack of codeine pills lol . straight after was thinking wtf sick one just ask for the codeine haha .

Heh. Kind of offtopic but I remember when browsing 4chan I heard the story a Pharmacist told. Apparently some dirty hobo walked into the store and asked for some oxies and, upon being obviously refused, snatched all of the lollies near the counter before dashing.
Honestly, I've never had many problems with pharmacies. There's only been 2 occasions where I've been turned down because I was apparently "too young".
