rugrats was sweet, but i was a little older when that came out and i had other interests by then. one nice factoid is the intro sequence is by the brilliant animator, Peter Chung (most famous for aeon flux, but also did one of the shorts in animatrix and the animated chronicles of riddick film).

Pinky and the BRAIN! "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" I loved this show.
old school looney tunes were good.
