I want to know everyone's opinions on this guy, in light of the $30,000 fine he just received for the sombrero celebration (also, his slew of other incidents, of course)...
Personally, I enjoy Chad Ochocinco and his antics . The sombrero cracked me up when I saw it, and neither that nor incidents like the Lambeau leap were overboard in my opinion, not by a long shot. I think that fining someone that is really only improving the game's image is certainly counterproductive. I think the sport should be more focused on trying to combat the blatant violence issues (for example, stompings or eye-gougings) than a little fun expression. What do you think?
(Yes, I know the eye-gouging was involving a NCAA player, but I'm just speaking to football's overall image.)
