Both cannabis and alcohol are drugs, regardless if they're socially accepted or not.

But obviously, a legal drug is usually more socially accepted than an illegal one
 
I think that status of cannabis is depends not only of social acceptability. In some sense social acceptability it is opinions that was been insonified by other people. So, if most of population accepts cannabis on same level with alcohol - theoretically, we can say that cannabis in near future can recieve legal status. But what if most part of them do not have due education that can explain that cannabis is most pretty than alcohol and he is can be legal as alco? Maybe I misunderstood a essence of question because my english is low-level (really sorry if your eyes was flamed when you reading this text) but I think that there is most of this have a money decision. IMHO.
 
I live in Washington. For starts, it changed absolutely nothing for me since ive smoked for years. It's legal now but it is still illegal to buy and to sell on the streets. It is legal to consume it and have it if you are 21 years or older. The Government expects it to magically appear in your hand apparently. But so far nothings really changed as far as social acceptance as far as i see. People that dont like it, wont like it, people that do, do. In the future im sure it'll change as long as it stays legal. After all the generations pass that had it illegal during their time. Then it'll just be like alcohol i think. Thats just my thoughts.
 
Cannabis is a plant with added benefits. It's grown, hung upside-down to dry, cured, then ready for blast-off. No chemicals added to the end-product...nothing synthetic is used for the final stage. How can anyone complain? I'm sure some people will still belly-ache about 1 thing or another. 8)
Name another drug, exclusively, that has never killed a single person. Even Tylenol has killed some people. Weed gets a bad rap because of the 2 socialist pigs named Harry Anslinger & William Randolph Hearst. They proposed that the Mexicans were raping American chicks while high on reefer. Yeah man, when I get high, I know the 1st thing I want to do after several bonghits is to find some really young chick & plunge my massive crank in her twat.
Get some better logic, if possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the logic some of the American people choose to believe. I prefer another logical premise: the illegality of marijuana is profitable, hence, it is illegal.


Only when the people are dissatisfied enough to counteract the profitability of the War on Drugs will things even begin to change on a nationwide level. I'm not sure if that's what you were getting at but it's where my mind wandered after reading your post.

What I don't understand is how can the profitability of the War On Drugs be more $$$ than legalizing dope & taxing the hell out of it? Why not kill about 5 birds with 1 stone? The street thugs would lose revenue if people can walk into a pharmacy or a liquor store & buy whatever they feel like. Lose the entire DEA & that would have to save a ton of $$$...or just have a skeleton crew manning the Southwest border for illegals.
How is cannabis more dangerous than booze? Or tobacco? Seems like the govt doesn't give those 2 substances a 2nd thought. Drink up & smoke your lungs out!! How can legalizing cannabis cost the feds a dime? Work hand-in-hand with the pharmaceutical companies & let them produce, manufacture, & package the weed. How many more decades must we endure a War with no ending? When is it considered "won"? Fuckin ridiculous thinking on their part...& man, do they have 'selective memories' or what? Not 1 politician recalls the Prohibition fiasco of 1919? I'm so sick of this shit!!:X
 
Loving my new billy & I can now understand why people enjoy GonG bongs so much. The only part that sux is having to knock/scrape the ash out of the bowl although the water stays pretty clean.

I havent ripped a bong since my brother dropped my slider and I never replaced it.

Its pretty cool looking but pretty standard as far as features, just a generic bong with a slider. I think I put a pic of it in here its got like a skull for the water chamber and its wearing a jester's har which form the handles.

jeez I want to get a slider for it asap now
 
^ I know it is nothing fancy but it is my first GonG after 20 years smoking out of brass cone pieces in glass or porcelain bongs.

The honeycomb makes a massive difference to how harsh each pull is

Well, some people have a tendency to push it a little too far, which results in ever-increasing tolerance. Eventually there comes a point where you sort of chain-smoke joint after joint without even getting as high as you were hoping.

But if you have a bit of self-restraint this is not really an issue.
