Caught with drugs in prison - what will happen?

Yeah actually I should of emphasized that more, you would have to know respectable people. Lecturers, local Counselors, restaurant owners, religious priests... Any of their word would hold a bit more weight and could help a bit at least create the impression of a good man making a very stupid mistake which he now regrets and is very sorry for, knows he must be punished but asks for forgiveness.

You know, achmed from shisha kebab will give a reference stating " he hardly ever throws a kebab back in my face on a Saturday night when i forget the garlic sauce" that can go a long way in a British court.

PS. no disrespect ment to the OP, i have no usefull advise to give on your situation although i am sorry that you have to go through this and i understand the pain of being manipulated by people you thought you could trust.

I don't mean for the OP. I meant for the guy who is already in jail who would get caught up in the investigation. If he really is in danger because someone is threatening him grassing them up and actually getting a beating regularly for being a grass would be less preferable.

Exactly Scotchy. This is where I'm getting at. The person in jail was going to get a beating. This is why s/he took the drugs in the first place. The person obviously hasn't received their drugs now so would probably be angry. If it was let known then the innate might think the prisoner is a graas which I think is seen as extremely bad by them. Could lead him into a lot of dangee.

Ah my mistake, yes you are completely correct there. I would not want to be a rat in jail, even in the united kingdom. Much less the U.S.
 
Just got up to date with the comments. I agree with what mostof you say. I’m thinking so much about everything. I don’t know why I agreed todo it but not much point in thinking about that now. I could have donesomething like suggested but I wasn’t thinking straight. I don’t know why Ithought I wouldn’t be caught.

Because of what happened I got banned from going to prisonsand my bail conditions are not to have any contact with my mate (ex mate) orhis family so I have no idea what he is saying. I am sure the police or prisonhave been talking to him. Like I said I have been bailed until next week and Iwill be talking to the solicitor again so should know more then.

I got interviewed 3 times when I was arrested and said whatmy solicitor advised. I am not a grass and I know that might be bad for whathappens but I just have to take whatever is coming.

I haven’t told my mother yet but will do that this weekend.That is one of the worst things about this as it is just her and my youngerbrothers. She split up with my Dad when I was young because he went to prisonand she married again and had my brothers. I know how bad she felt about himgoing to prison and even when I was getting into a bit of trouble when I wasyounger so I know she will take this very bad.

The sentence in that linked article seems very long but I don’tthink I would be looking at that but who knows.

Thanks for the support anyway. I know nobody knows me but itmade me feel a bit better the way people were talking
