im finding it really hard to sleep while cutting, if i do fall asleep it take 1-2 hours and i frequently wake up...what can i do? from what ive googled this seems like a common occurrence for people but they have no fix except eat more or take drugs

well i lift from 11pm-12 but i dont go to bed till 6am so it seems like thats enough time to unwind...i don't have time in the day to lift because of work so i do it right after i get homeWhat time of day are you lifting? Working out at night is often better for my focus, stamina and ability to have eye candy at the gym, but it really messes with my sleep schedule.
Try working out early in the morning?
