Straight Jarlsberg and a vape bag of OG, son. Casu marzu if you're adventurous :) Ha! Cheeseheads unite!

It's gotta be strong. It's gotta be seriously strong. A nice mature English cheddar will always do the trick.

Cheese, wine and a few spliffs. Heaven.

I think its more of a craving for something salty with substance.

Cheese is delicious, salty, fills you up, and gives you reason to eat things like crackers, meats, and fruits.
It goes great with most stoner snacks, and did I mention its delicious?

^ I agree, and I think this is why everyone's mentioning strong cheeses. For me, it's definitely a salty craving that I'm satisfying with cheese. Good observation.

All the more fat for the THC to be absorbed into, lolz.
I loved cheese before I loved weed, so maybe we are all predisposed to loving cheese if we love weed. (backwards compatible)

I'm convinced this cheese was invented by stoners... weed and Kasseri, oh man

You guys ever smoke any of that Blue Cheese?

Its one of my absolute favorite sativas!
It has a great cheesey smell to it which honestly does smell like Blue Cheese! The taste is somewhat piney, but with a slightly noticable cheese flavor. The high packs a very giddy punch, and ill find myself binging on it almost just so I can stay giddy and stoney for hours on end.

^ blue cheese - indeed almost anything with blueberry in its heritage - is likely to be indica (or indica dominant), rather than sativa.

i'm with papa and others in the forum. it has to be salty and sharp. i'm an absolute sucker for cheddar which is so sharp it takes the roof off your mouth. i'm also big into blue cheeses with stilton near the top of the list of favourites. i've been eating a lot of aged gouda lately - just typing that makes my mouth water.

Youre right, its Indica dominant, however its sold at almost all clubs here as a Sativa or a Hybrid. The more you know.

cool. i mentioned it because i'd hate to see you look for a boost and end up melting into the couch... hmm. that's not so bad either...

:)

I did some further research because I was wondering why i had seen it written down as a Sativa dom in so many clubs
Here is why: There are sativa dominant hybrids

Strain: Blue Cheese
Lineage: Cheese x Blueberry
Genetics: 75% Sativa / 25% Indica
THC Level: 15% – 19%
[Contains Sources, Sorry - Chainer]

This made more sense to me, because all blue cheese ive had has been a more uppy giddy type high with an easy come down.

I highly advise tracking some down to see for yourself.

haha over here there are only 3 things that dealers will say their weed is:

- good shit
- high graaaade
- blue cheese init bruv

dunno why it's always blue cheese, but yeah we actually had some once that smelt like cheese so we figured that was the real shit and we got hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh

blue cheese is an 80 / 20 strain, indica dominate. I've heard of it being crossed with UK Cheese and Cheese to make a 70-30, but never anything more - the point of the strain is it is Indica heavy with slight mind expansion. This is because both Blueberry clones and Buddah Cheese (the two strains crossed to make Blue Cheese) are both indica heavy strains. Any other cross isn't really blue cheese, but probably Blueberry Haze (etc) x Buddah Cheese. I have had, in the past, DJ Short's BB x UK Cheese, which was very good and slightly more hybrid then dominate indica.

Chainer that wasnt a source, that was for mediacl clinics. Its not a source website, it gives locations of medicinal dispensaries, which you see advertised all over the web. Its ok if you dont want it there, its your forum, but that didnt link sources, it linked medicinal dispensaries legal in california.

And what you may know as Blue cheese, may not be it in states where experimentation has gone on, like California where people are making new combinations and new strains each day.

Just food for thought. Cheese for thought. %)
