Cannabis for the gym?

you better hydrate yourself for a couple days 8-10 cups a day,before starting to work out,and eat more whole grain foods.if you're going to work out hard your body will surely fail fast with 2 cups of coffee(dehydration) and weed,especialy if you're not already in shape. best to start out slow.
 
Well truthfully, I don't think it has much to do with high-grade so much as it has to do with smoking sativa-based strains. I'm not sure though. But I do smoke high-grade most of the time... and the stuff I get is always the same strain, which is a relaxing, yet focused cerebral high. In other words, I could lay around on the couch watching TV if I wanted to, but it seems to also give me energy when I want it to. But I don't know its genetic makeup.

I want to say, though, that I could still probably exercise after smoking pure indica, I bet. I think it's just mind over matter... I've just never been into pure indicas.
 
I find that smoking a small amount of bud before working out is great....it helps me stay entertained and i get motivated. But say i smoke alot before going to the gym to workout then i quit after 10 minutes and go home.
 
I used to be ULTRA lazy about working out because of my bad smoking habits, until... I found Yoga.

I can do Yoga when sober, or when very stoned, it really doesn't matter, it's more about whether I actually WANT to do it.
But, I find that I can push myself much further when stoned, although it is MUCH harder to get yourself going. Once you get your blood flowing a little bit, I am usually instantly in a trance and have NO trouble pulling off poses that (sober) would be more difficult for me. AND the benefits seem much stronger as I am much more aware of my bodies subtle energies.
TRY IT!!

I'll go do some RIGHT NOW to prove it!
