Opioids Canadian Opioid Users

i'm in sask and its mostly hyromorph's that see. wish real oxy's were available, can't even find oxycodone. prices here are way to much though.
 
lucky maryland in the u.s. is a pain to find a good doc ive had a bad back for a while but haven't had any luck whatsoever over here
not willing to do surgery and risk the rest of my life so i go to the street sadly and its definitely not reliable or safe
 
Ya I live in peg city an have been trying for weeks to find something to no avail. I used to have a source years ago that was super reliable an cheap for dillies. But sadly no more :( so Im stuck pounding the pavement every damned day looking for something, totally sucks.
 
I'm from S. Florida originally and moved up to Vancouver about 2.5 years ago and the H is everywhere up here. I'd never actually found it in S. FL and I was able to find it in BC on my first trip with minimal difficulty. You can get Oxys as well but it's not worth the bother/expense so I've gladly switched DOCs from Oxy to H. It's usually fairly decent, although it's hard to me to judge as I've never had H elsewhere(aside from Seattle Tar but there's no way I'd shoot that shit) but if you can't find it in BC you shouldn't be playing the game.

I stay away from the DTES as all the dope I've ever had from there was crap, it's very likely there's good dope to be had but you're not going to get it cold copping. If you have to cold cop, Surrey usually does a hell of a lot better for both quality and copping environment. The cops here really don't fuck with users too much, nothing compared to the states but you should always keep your dope-spidey sense about you and don't do anything stupid.

I'd love some information on the type/source of the H where get here, as far as I know it's #4 as we don't add acid to break it down. I'd suspect it comes mostly from SE Asia as we have a huge Asian population in BC but no idea as I've never dealt with anyone on that level who would know and nor do I ever plan to.

There's been dope here since I was coppin in my mid teens (mid 30's now), the price went down, purity & availability up drastically.

We used to cop lotto's in the D when I was a teen if we wanted the good shit. Get fucked up for a few days, tie off whatever dope you were bringing back in a rubber and stuff deep into your ass and/or girlfriends pussy and head for the bridge or tunnel.

Don't have to do shit like that with the local availability & quality now.

In Alberta there are these dark green fentanyl pills that resemble oxy 80s but darker and really hard and they're EVERYWHERE. All over news cause so many people ODing, they're strong as fuck. Also alot of good #3 heroin in edmonton area last few years it's flourished and is easily accessible. Besides those fent pills and down I never see anything else used to see dillys and real oxys and opanas but now all everyone wants I guess is the stronger stuff

Opanas? We don't have oxymorphone in Canada. Was not approved and I don't know if the company making it even tried to market it here.

I know about those fake 80mg CDN oxycontins with fentanyl in them, once I was given one and i was hyper cautious, crushed the whole thing in a mortar and pestle and then snorted 1/4 of the powder, felt a fent high right away, and that was in 2010, it's the chinese who peddle these in Montreal so I assume chinese stuff arrives to the country through Vancouver.

Supeudol/Oxy IR 5-10-20,HydromorphContins, Dilaudid and Metadol (the methadone pills used for pain, always the 10mg ones) and sometimes you get lucky and grab a full jar of 120 Apo-OxycodoneCR 60mg, yeah, got generic reds from somebody who didn't know what price these would go..just not part of the scene, more of a meth and mdma kinda guy. Right now I got about 50 pms-hydromorphone 4mg...not from the guy I used to get them from obviously, he always had brand name Dilaudid which is way better, even if its to be snorted or god forbid eaten. The only times I've eaten dilaudid was at first when being scripted the 1mg and 2mg ones by my dentist, and then when I fell to the needle and chipping wasn't an option anymore (was pretty addicted to Supeudol 20's and Kadians 130mg which I would crush the beads inside to powder and ate them most of the time, had em for so cheap, and at the time I didn't have sterifilts, have to order them from france or the uk, so I wasn't gonna inject myself with something that has talc in it (as kadian beads do). An Oxycontin 30 (when they existed) was pretty much all I asked for. Now I'm much more addicted to much more powerful opiates. Fuck it Canada, when legoman head Adolf Harper is gone, I better see the NDP being there at the helm of the country for the first time, they would re-authorize ordering diacetylmorphine vials from countries that do use heroin maintenance like the UK did for a long time and was ahead of its time, but i hear its gone backwards since that fucking idiot who bases his national security policies based on tv shows he watches (yeah Cameron said something to that effect).

Anyway, it's so frustrating, I have these 40-50 4mg generic dillies, 120 generic oxycontins 60mg, about 20 Avinzas 100mg(I don't know about the inactives in those, but they're not the holy grail where canada and morphine meets, that would be the as safe as dilaudid brand name to shoot up Statex brand of IR morphine, the 50mg beige pills...mostly had my hands on the green 10mg ones before, but for a while Statex 25mg and MS IR (ugh, that shit is so disgusting to shoot up when you know whats in them without a Sterifilt or a wheel filter) and about the same amount of Demerol 50mg pills. Can't use em, even if I wait 48 hours, injecting 20mg dilaudid only caused respiratory depression to occur, took a couple shots from my Symbicort inhalator which I barely use anymore since I stopped smoking. But it helped a lot there, the residual bupe was still going strong so all I got was a very negative effect I never even experienced when getting high because I know my limits. And Heroin is non existant in this city, I think its starting to slowly creep up from Montreal as I heard of some guys getting arrested for selling meth pills and heroin in Quebec City, so it'll eventually reach this place...
 
Canada Alberta, Alberta especially but I'm sure it's all over Canada. Those green 80mg fentanyl counterfeit oxys. This place is fucking riddled with them. A bust consisting of 5000-15000 pills isn't even a dent in the amount they make here. Places In Alberta they have underground chemists with pill presses they get massive shipments of fentayl from India once every few months and produce them in the masses. I don't know how in detail I can get on how I know this but rest assured I'm not making this up as this is true. As far as all these people overdosing, imagine this young adult that is opiate naive does this pill not knowing how strong it is (I've been doing these for a couple years and my buddy's who have been doing opiotes way longer then me we all get some fuckered off them), the. They overdose and I've seen people with none to barley any history with opiates get sold these strong pills while drinking so the chance of OD is high. It's more about the lack of consumer knowledge is why there's more then usual, I'll put it, In fact OD'ing. Pretty fucked up. And trust me, don't worry despite ones tolerance I would never turn a blind eye to someone intoxicated about to or looking for these fent pills or any other opiate

Yeah not sure if they were generic oxymorphs or Opanas but they must of come from US, I used to have a steady source a few years back. Heroin is quite flooded in Western provinces and those aforementioned fentanyl 80s are very popular, like buddy said very potent and naive users will dose full ones thinking they are regular oxys and/or some of those fentanyls are better or worse than each other and look slightly different.

I didn't think we had Avinza here yet? Nor can i find it on that Health Canada site. We do however have MS Contin XL capsules which apparently are on the market but i have never seen or heard of them.

The fucking Kadians are not something you want to be doing if your IVing them because i don't think a Sterifilt filter or any micron filter will get rid of Talc. Demerol pills are another type of pill that are dirty as fuck to shoot and again contain fuckin talc. I only made the mistake of shooting them a few times before i read the product monograph and saw they had talc in them and i never shot them again as it's hardly worth ruining my lungs or loosing a arm over some fucking Demerol. The MS IR's are fucking awful as well and you only need to look at the color in the syringe when you draw it up through cotton to know you shouldn't be injecting those.

According to Health Canada Oxymorphone is available in Canada now but only in the form of Opana ER. I guess no IR's for us :\ . I have not seen anybody prescribed them yet at all though and seeing as how slow government insurance is to pick up newer meds especially opiates it could take awile before they end up on the street in significant quantities.

Nope you either had stuff that passed the border, not unlikely, especially in cities right on the border such as Vanc, Calgary, Windsor, St-John(NB). Or somebody really transported em to the Rock, as PCP, which was all made in Quebec City made it there too so.. As for the error, I meant M-Eslons, I was most likely benz'd out of my mind..most of july is a blur and I got lucky. I've spent most of july using these amazingly Heisenberg quality 1mg pink capsules of flubromazolam, I woke up in various manners most of the month sometimes on the floor of my office, once 4 hours in the shower where my girlfriend got me out of (thankfully the hot water is paid for by the owner of these apartment blocks), sleeping on the toilet for hours, getting the seat out of its pegs, waking up at the last minute before I almost faceplanted from my desktop chair, which was not towards the desktop but towards the door to go to my bed room, where I grabbed the arms of the chair at the last minute. Once I woke up, and I fell in the most lucky manner, my office/computer room is a bit of a mess with electronics and rolling tabels everywhere and I land down my chair sleeping on the floor totally comfortable....I'll be missing you flub-lam...these 1mg pink capsules are nothing like those 0.25mg tablets from england, even if you had four of those, would not give the effect of taking half the powder inside one of these...At least I'm not like these morons who take 6mg of xanax undress themselves in a party break shit drive into ditches and find it funny that they do so...

***this part is only about my battle with the side effects of methadone and the whole damn year+l,,16 months of treatment for testosterone that was below normal levels for my age,which surprised me cos otherwise...heh**
(it did make me think twice before shooting up PMS-Hydromorphone and not brandname dillies if out of SteriFilts, which happened when I was on methadone, when on methadone I was on a low enough dose I could not take my drinkin the morning or just have a bit and shoot up dilaudid and get the same ol' rush and a high that lasted LONGER because of the methadone in me, I bet, I was just shooting up one 4mg D4 max and most likely only had a sip of methadone bottle in the fridge that morning, and I was maybe at 55mg then, the highest I got to was 60 until I decided the side effects suck balls and wanted bupe instead, now that the side effects are in control (testosterone+ anti-estrogen treatment worked,and the doctor I was seeing 99% of the time was all okay with putting me back on methadone for my pain issues while I get other stuff straightened out,he even filled my demand for the pain clinic and i'm high priority, but i'll only get there when I'm at a very low (10mg or so methadone dosage), I can't be thrown at a pain clinic while on 10mg of bupe a day,and tapering methadone was a lot easier than tapering bupe...way easier,at least if I was at 54mg I would go down 2 or 3mg only, only when I hit 44mg did they do a rapid drop of 5mg to 39mg so I could switch to bupe 48 hours after my last 39mg dose, worked fine)

Then the last time I went it was a different doctor, the chief of the clinic in fact, and he said, for your pain issues you will need pills made for pain, then I told him methadone is used for pain and as he was about to claim it wasn't, I told him (the truth) that my female cousin who lives about 6 hours away is scripted 10mg Metadol pills twice a day, Metadol is the brand name PMS use for their Methadone serie of product, in pill or in liquid..my bottles said that when I was on say 53mg of methadone, it said 5.3 Metadol liquid in orange juice. Take antacid before drinking daily dose, they realized orange juice and its acidity makes methadone less effective I guess, but I prefer our way than the ridiculous american way, reading these posts of people who do not have takehomes cos they're bums....:D...anyway...they were tapering and trying to drink the dose at the clinic was almost impossible say one was trying to down 6mg. Those with takehomes mixed in water...and I understand very well, I'm sure they're cunts about it in the US too lol, at those clinics, where they wont add water to your bottle if your dose is small and basically just sticks to the sides of the bottle.

I know Canoe is right because 130mg Kadians is what he had the last times I went to see him, before I got on ORT (went back a few times to give some money i owed, but since he couldn't keep a log,I also did it at home, of whatever he would front me, he ovver by 300-400 dollars, cant blame him considering all he was on but he had a shitty behavior 75% of the time I met him, and overly nice the other)it's what he used to sell to me :dilly and HM Contin that guy that takes these days with Supeudol 20mg 8 times a day for breakthrough and 4x 130mg Kadians (he was eating 4x Hydromorph Contin 30's...it must be fun to have the luxury to have so many of these red bombs that you can actually eat them, it must feel special to feel the effects of hydromorphone this way...I tried one time, really did try, I ate a 12mg...but I got a transient feeling of well-being lastin 1 hour and that was it. It's like the time my dentist scripted me 40 Dilaudid 1mg and I ate 15mg and barely felt anything, my liver really destroys it (that was before I knew stuff :\

The king of IR morphine are Statex, just like brand name Dilaudid, you can shoot em with a regular filter found in the securicups no problem, look at the inactives in the 25's and 50's. What most people inject they should not in reality is MS IR's...I know I did but I was in a bad place mentally when I did and they were just fucking 5mg or 10mg, the damn pills dont say and they were 5's and 10's. My first IV experience that left me so awesome and I knew was safe was shooting up 2 and a half 10mg Statex. I think microns, at 0.2 anyway do filter away the talc, and sterifilts...I think they have a filtering power that varies between 0.23 and and 0.35...I did it with SteriFilts when I last shot pills, it was Kadian 130's, not at once, though, I had 2 shots, 60mg of morphine being really powerful, hell, when you get your hands on a 50mg Statex it's fucking heaven in a beige rosy pill that's safe like a 8mg triangle dilly. I also shot HM Contins 18's, which normally meant two shots, using only Securicup included filters and not Sterifilts and for some reason, they don't like a prepared Dilaudid, they keep some of their XR properties and I would often puke 20-30 minutes later, projectile vomit then fall asleep soundly 8(

SteriFilt and microns do get rid of talc, the 0.2 ones that, I know. SteriFilts have a similar just slightly less efficient removal of unwanted stuff, I believe they can filter away particles between 0.22 to 0.35, don't quote me on that. I did it with Kadians a few times, even with a crushed Adderal XR beads, I know, unwise. But didn't do it often. No the most common pills people will IV containing talc is fucking MS IR's. That's why Statex are king of IR morphine pills, they're like Dilaudid (brand name) safety wise to shoot up.

And to the disappeared post, if fentanyl patches are the thing in London, it's more of a shithole than my friend living in Niagara tells me that I'll ever believe. The Canadian DOC is Dilaudid and especially Hydromorph Contins, I don't know why one would want fentanyl other than me, who's on bupe, and I got surgery scheduled on the 27th, I'll have for a week or more, reduce my bupe consumption to almost nil, same with my benzos, so I'm a complete shitting nervous wreck once they can finally adjust the Midazolam and the oxygen, and maybe have to use propofol because even if i'm withdrawal, the stacking effects of bupe, might make whatever I'm given IV during the surgery and afterwards, yes, I will be scripted something, at least it's gonna be Fentapops, because as some on bupe, patches are a waste of time. Zero euphoria, might as well try to get some benzos and sleep because it's what abusing fentanyl does if you smoke the gel in those which have the gel or chew the patches or whatever. I'm ANGRY that I have to take fentanyl, but it's the only thing that will dislodge bupe after a week of abstinence or more. People who manage to OD on bupe are usually not possible to recover, say a noob subs just 4mg and they can die even if naloxone is shot. You poor fool or LEO.

Hydromorph Contin (12/24mg most common) and brand name Dilaudid (anything from 2, 4, 8mg pills) are fucking everywhere these days from what I can only assume is due to spikes in prescribing since public drug plans and many private ones don't cover OxyNeo. Also, brand name Dilaudid costs pharmacies the exact same price as generics making it preferable to any generic. See the PMS ones every so often too. I've seen on a few rare occasions a few 20mg OxyIR beauties but doctors are shit the bed scared to prescribe it so prices were through the roof. Only once did I see some Apotex generic, OG OxyContin that was almost not worth the price. Of course I bought it anyway. Epitome of addiction. Fentanyl patches are pretty easy to come by too. Brand name Duragesic is so expensive I've only seen it once but Mylan, Ranbaxy ones are everywhere. I'll grab 5-10 100mcg to get me through some periods of no hydromorph when required.

I've had trouble finding H but probably am not looking in the right place. The hydromorphone holds me over just fine though. Currently trying to kick the shit.

If they don't cover OxyNeo, patient can ask for generic oxycontins, and they're pretty cheap, although I can't say, the jar of 60mg APO-Oxycodone CR 60mg (120) I have is less expensive that a night out with bar beer prices and and a half a gram of coke. But you make it sound like never knew that we have like 6 companies making generic oxycontin.
