No idea, I've never personally smoked Oxy.
Surely depends on how much of the vapor you inhale and how much is absorbed before you exhale?

It just doesn't work. Probably just burns up. If you had pure morphine maybe you could vaporise it gently in oil burner pipe but I doubt it and I wouldn't waste it trying. Just eat it or boofing it if you're so inclined.
