Benzos Can sporadic benzo use cause kindling?

oh man --- get off the dex now if you are tapering the gabapentin. Long term DEX use like any NMDA antagonist will create NMDA tolerance (extra glutamate signalling). I'll be you feel shaky af and awful coming off that. taper out and id stabilize the gabapentin for a minute, because you are probably gonna need it. :( dxm is terrible for the body and brain long term. as are almost any dissociative. and yes, the dex is a heavy NMDA, of course it is causing the same kind of damage/changes over time
