At 24 I was 6'6 245 pounds of solid muscle, used to do competitive powerlifting. Then I broke my back. I am now over 300 pounds of horrible body fat. So yes, opiates do change your appearance, but not forever. If you stop taking them at your age you will be just fine. Your body doesn't stop growing until the age of 24. Most people peak at 20 or so but your body is still developing til around 24. You will be just fine man, enjoy the testosterone rush. Fuck mad 18 year old, goddamn...to be young again...
