so many acidic morning at the graff hall of fame :) , I seem to remember parties being moved there that got shut down. I remember most of those venues you mention, was at tripple trouble and went to a party pretty much every weekend back then. It was massive for me and my friends back then, made so many friends back then as well, everyone was blown away by e's all night and the social aspect of it all was a very good thing for me in my late teens. There which was and I also liked the couple of small things that ended up in sydney park, sometimes hidden just behind the brick-oven which gave it such a spooky vide.

Hey Sonny Jim, for sure we would of known friends of friends, even possibly come across each other at some of those events. Maybe we've met before, who knows. :)

Although the last meetup I went to was, uh, interesting to say the least, I'm always up for meeting cool Blers. As long as no details are posted publically there's not much risk.
 
Despite having been a BLer forever i've missed all the meetups, usually cause i'm off chops at some other meetup and i can't get my shit together. However i've grown and matured (ha!) and i reckon i might actually make it there this time round. Perhaps an 'initially drug free' rule would make it more feasable, and start booze only at a pub or a bar, earlyish 8 or 9, and then if people go out afterwards then its not BL anymore and they can do what they want? Whadya reckon BLers??
 
I'm imagining that there's probably one cop left who's still reading bluelight, sitting there right now, thinking to himself "Right! I've waited 13 long years for these fuckers to slip up! I'd better alert the higher-ups, it's time to TAKE THIS MUHFUKAAA DOWWWN!". ;)

I reckon you could probably post the date, time, location and a list of all the illegal shit you're gunna do, and there'd still be zero chance of a police presence*. Maybe in bluelight's heyday, but I think they might have let this particular lead go cold...

Wonder if anyone else has family that post on here.... OK I recently came to the realisation that I am rapidly approaching 50... and I have a son that posts in ADD from time to time, I was thinking I was only about 35 or so until I did the math at my last birthday... oops! what happened to a couple of decades???
So, I spose that reluctantly makes me eligible to post in this thread. (my first post was in 2006, with another account which I don't use any more, as an ex was using it to stalk me...)

My last bl meet up ended up in me taking random tram rides around melbourne. Good times. Lol Keen for a meetup but pm me as dont get on bl as much as I should :(
 
I haven't checked the site or posted in a few years, but for some reason I decided to do so today. Just so happens this was one of the first threads I saw. Can't believe it's been more than 10 years since I registered on Bluelight.

my going rate is $50 per week.

this gets you:
  • 3 phone calls during the 7 days asking how you are
  • lunch once a week (you have to pay for my lunch though)
  • 1 drunken night out per week
  • 1 drunken abusive phone call from me on another night yelling at you for not coming out
  • 1 upset, crying phonecall on another night wondering why you don't want to be my friend (i may also be drunk then too)
  • use of 2 of my t-shirts
  • use of my car for less than 50kms of travel
  • 'friend' status on facebook
  • wingman duties if you need to pick up
  • me wearing a wig & pretending to be your girlfriend for any work functions
