Wow. Can't believe the huge spectrum of experiences people have w/ methylone. For me, it feels nearly identical to MDMA but way shorter and slightly more stimulating. Never tried butylone, so that may have played a role as well. Sorry you had a bad time, OP!

methylone for me is always tinged with a tense paranoia on the comedown, like taking way too much amphetamine. dont have this problem with mdma, its because methylone is a more powerfull releaser of dopamine than mdma, and it releases wayyy less serotonin, giving it a more methamphetamine style profile in high doses.

I'd have to disagree completely here. Methylone's high is short lasting and it leaves some residual stimulation...but nothing close to what you describe here. As for re-dosing, once you realise that the returns rapidly diminish, you end up accepting the experience for what it is.

Best way to experience methylone is to take one "decent" dose 200-250mg and leave it at that.

Was a great favourite of mine before it got banned in the UK...grrr!
