How is pointing out that a closely related substance HAS medical use going to expedite their prohibition?

I agree here (though I would refrain from using insults).
It is an oversimplification and overstatement to pretend that you already know the full medicinal potential of all cannabinoids.
Nobody does.
And if they are banned, it becomes harder to do the research to find out what their potential they have, if any.
 
^ Yeah, like I said, one of them may cure a form of cancer or AIDS. But the idiots getting these banned are limiting the chance of that happening.
 
I grew up in Broward though I live about as far away as one can get and still be in the US. ;) I never came across Mr. Nice Guy there.

Mr. Nice Guy is banned in several states, including my own. A friend is obsessed with the stuff and found it to relieve his insomnia. I was not all that impressed with its effects when it was still legal. It did get me stoned, kind of. I think the ban was pretty unnecessary.

jbird954, sorry to hear you had a seizure. Was this confirmed medically? Are you sure it was not a panic attack?
