heheh - the closest thing i saw to burlesque was some really drunk chicky getting up and dancing, the security tried to get her down but everyone just kept cheering her so they let her go - pretty sloppy hahahah good times but.

so the weekend of the 30th good for most if not all??

not me :) There a quite a few brisneylander's who get into Mayhems, but i'd prefer a meetup where we can all actually sit down somewhere, preferably where there is an option to purchase food. :D
 
mayhem raves are fun and well organised but i guess you gotta check the lineup to see if its your cup of tea.

line up for mayhem june is not finalised yet but there are some big names.

rave maybe - it hath been many moons since i donned the clobber and danced for hours...
but yeah i'm with samadhi - beers n food n conversation sound a damn sight fun.

I just want to say: by all means, have a meet up at Mayhem too, but perhaps another one could be organised at a pub/restaurant, so then a wider cross-section of bluelighters will attend? :)
 
Perhaps we could all meet up on the afternoon/evening of mayhem, have some drinks and food and the ravers can head off to the rave and the oldies can stay and drink?

May i present the best little thing to happen to brunswick st in the last year or so? m4ddog has been there - i'm always there... he even saw me there a week or two ago. it used to be called main squeeze, now it is LouD247's domain - come one, come all. I like that bar, friendly, very chilled and almost my local too

There was some disappointment by my lady friend at the lack of amaretto but i think that was going to be fixed :)
 
^ I've been there too, the barman made me a lovely cocktail and told me to pull up a stool and had a chat with me while i waited for some friends. :)
