Television Breaking Bad

i think they have really stepped it up this season. last season was good but i like this season more. plus, i hated how there was only 7 episodes last season. this one has 13 episodes.

also, i like the walt/jesse team, i don't wanna see them fighting each other. i strongly believe one of the people that are dead at the end of this season is jesse's girlfriend jane. she is causing a rift between walt and jesse. i want jesse to get his shit together so he can be a good business partner with walt. walt is getting a little power hungry though.

OH. MY. GOD.

Not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched the episode yet, but. . .

DAMN! Jane. . .and for Walt to just do that. . .unbelievable!

This show is a mothafuckin' trip. Insanity.

Last nights episode was just awesome.

But anyone with a junkie mentality and losing someone they love, there not gonna get clean there gonna be even worse. Shit with half a million dollars cash hes gonna be a beast.

I doubt Walt is going to let him keep the money now. I bet he'll (start to) get clean next episode. They move on fairly quickly in this series. There's really nowhere else for the heroin addiction to go in terms of Jessie's character.

Edit: Another thought, I didn't realize until now that Walt actually killed Jessie's girlfriend albeit accidentally. She was lying on her side before Walt started shaking Jessie. Messed up man. :\

I cant believe this season has only one episode left. Wonder how long it will be until (and if...) there will be a 3rd season???

Just watched the last episode (s2e12)... WOW!

This show has taken the concept of "blurring the line between good and evil" to a whole new gray area.

It's so intense.

Can't wait for the finale...

Any guesses as to what they have been alluding to in the scenes in black and white at the beginning of episodes 10 and 11? The guys in hazmat suits? The pink teddy bear and eye glasses in the evidence bags? Walters shot up SUV and the two body bags?

Lets have your predictions everyone...

I need to go back and watch all the episodes with the "hazmat suits/teddy bear" teasers, but couldn't those guys in the hazmat suits be Walter and Jesse? They kinda look like the ones they wear to cook in, anyway.

I honestly have been racking my brain to figure out who the dead bodies are and what happened, but I'm at a loss. Walt's car looked like it had been shot as the glass was all shattered in the windshield. But, who is on Walt and Jesse's tail right now or wants them dead? Got rid of Crazy 8. Got rid of Tuco. The Mexican cartel probably doesn't know about them yet. They stopped selling on a street level and got rid of their entire stash to a high level distributor.

So who's after them? Who would want to shoot Walt down at this point?

The only thing I can come up with is that Donald decides to come after Jesse maybe to get revenge? However, that again begs the question of who is in those bags. Would they really kill Jesse off? I don't think so. Would they really off Walt Jr. or Skylar at this point?

I absolutely cannot wait for this season finale. I have no idea what will go down, but I know it's going to be insane.

Why unbelievable? What real choice did he have?

It's called self-preservation.

Also, there is an ethical difference between actively killing someone and simply letting them die. Bitch got what was coming to her, IMO.

i'm still on the first season, so i only read the first page of this thread. i hate spoilers, so i guess i'll just catch up on the whole thread once i'm up to speed. but i've gotta jump in and say this show is aMaZiNg!!!! far fetched a lot of the time, and yet i can see a lot of it actually happening, but on a smaller scale, with people i know. and over the top or not, the writing and acting are fucking tops.

It's called a figure of speech, friend. ;)

And yes, she did get what was coming to her. Still, you've got to be a stone cold mothafucka to sit there and watch someone choke on their own vomit.

I loved how right as she died her eyes open a bit like she was looking at Walt. That's when he puts his hand over his mouth and a tear rolls down his cheek.

Gripping stuff.

^ Yeah, I'm glad you noticed that. I don't have the biggest screen (actually had to watch on my computer because I missed it) so I wasn't sure if she actually looked at Walt when she opened her eyes or what. I think she was suppose to be looking at him in the last second.

Yes, but Walt's the same "stone cold muthafucka" who broke the captured dealer's neck in the first season. Maybe the reason he didn't shed any tears for that piece of shit was because he saw Jane as just an innocent caught up in something she couldn't handle, and hard as he's becoming, Walt is still essentially a good person.

When you play in the dirt, your hands get dirty. Through the course of the series, Walt is learning that. Jane never had the chance to.

Think of the other innocents (and quasi-innocents) caught up to some degree in this mess: Jesse, Skyler, Walt Jr., the unborn child....

.... and maybe Walt himself.

Gripping stuff indeed. ;)
