Television Breaking Bad

Flynn is dead to me. I mean it. That's your father bro.

C'mon, think about it. If Walt Jr had reacted in any other way it wouldn't have been believable. I mean he went from idolizing his dad as a cancer survivor one day, to coming home to find him frantically packing and screaming at Jr to do the same, after hearing from his mother and aunt that he is a meth kingpin/cook. He then learns that his uncle is dead (and assumes Walt did it) and after the confrontation with Skyler, Walt kidnaps his sister and disappears for x amount of time (longer than a 2 months I guess because of the 'work' needed to get him relocated and the vacuum guy does the supply run after the first month).

Jr siding with Skyler during the confrontation is understandable too. He'd be pissed at learning all of that shit and hearing that Hank is dead. If he wasn't crippled I'd bet he'd have beaten the shit out of Walt himself.

They've wrapped up (nearly) everything except for Walt vs the Aryans and what happens to him in the end. It's going to be an action packed finale :D

My guess is to get the DEA concentrated on that location, leaving him a little leeway to get back to New Mex. and find Todds uncle. And the fact that the principal would have called the cops right after that call

10K to sit and play cars with him for an hour, eh? I think the guy should have had a little more compassion for a guy suffering from extreme cabin fever, and sit with him for the 2 hours like he asked, since he's his best client so far.

I was trying to get a good look at the newspapers that Walt had hanging in the cabin, but there were only 2 headlines I could read (I don't remember them off the top of my head but one might have been that Skyler knew what Walt was doing, and I think the other was that Heisenberg's still at large).

That interview with his old business partners really set him off. They gave him credit for nothing else but helping name the company, and since Heisenberg is in the empire business you know he's going back after that after hearing them say that on national television. Also, what the woman said in that interview was very important. She said that the Walter White that she knew was dead, but Heisenberg may very well be out there.

Hey, you can go like this [spoil]blablahblah[/spoil]

You can do one of two things. The first one is probably better for full paragraphs, and the second is better for one sentence or line in a paragraph.

which looks like this: [spoiler=this way]which looks like this:[/spoiler]

[spoil]or this way, which looks like -->[/spoil] [spoil]or this way, which looks like[/spoil]

He is some Mr.Lambert guy now from New Hampshire. He lead the DEA there to make them think he's somewhere in the north-east while he's going straight back home.

Oh yeah. I was like man he can't go out like this, and then the tv came on and I was like "Yes!". What I'm wondering though is, where does he get the hookup for the m60?

The guy who brings the m60 to Walt looks very familiar. I can't remember if it's from another episode or just another series. I think Lydia would be the only person he has left he could ask for that kind of thing.

EDIT: The guy is from another episode. Named Lawson. Walt bought the gun from him in the 2nd episode of season 4.

Did anyone else notice that Lambert is Skyler and Marie's maiden name?

Vince Gilligan said after today's episode that next weeks title is an anagram of "finale". He then said that a hint for the episode was "woodworking".

Something to think about.

It's "Felina"
  • "Felina" is an anagram for "finale", and is also the feminine version of the word "feline" in Spanish.
  • The word "Felina" can be made from these three chemical element symbols: Fe (Iron), Li (Lithium) and Na (Sodium).
  • Coincidentally the episode number,if looked up on the periodic table is Samarium. It is the main element in the drug Quadrament, which is commonly used to kill cancer cells especially lung cancer.

I don't think those are really spoilers.

Walt made that call because he intended to turn himself in, because he thought he had nothing left to fight for. Then he saw Elliot and Gretchen Schwartz on Charlie Rose talking shit about his scientific achievements, and he changed his mind. He may have lost his family and health, but he still values his reputation.

O, I have lost my reputation!
I have lost the immortal part of myself, and what remains is bestial.
My reputation, Iago, my reputation!

Holy freaking crap. Great info black rabbit. Wouldn't that be cool if Walt somehow makes it out of this?

Yeah those two are going to get it for talking crap about our Walter.

Really? I just thought Lambert was a last name that fitted New Hampshire as most people there have some french descent and last name (loads of Le-something there) as it is just south of me and 170 years ago there was a massive exodus of the french from Quebec to New England to escape them asshole brits.

Lydia is a terrible person. Not including anything illegal she's doing, she looks like she has a high-paying job to begin with. Then she's obviously making a lot with the meth trade, she's greedy.

She also orders hits like it's nothing. "Just go kill so and so". She just sits back and pays for someone to die, so long as she doesn't see any of it. Just sits back and orders a murder, like she was ordering a pizza. She had wanted all of Frings old partners killed, and that was eventually granted. She had Declan's whole crew murdered by Todd and Jack's gang. Then she wanted Skyler murdered because she had one time seen Lydia's face for a few seconds. Skyler doesn't know Lydia, she doesn't know her name or how she ties into everything. For the brief period she saw her I don't even know if Skyler would be able to pick her out of a line-up. Even Todd, who is a total sociopathic murderer, didn't think Skyler deserved to die. She didn't know anything.

After seeing those scenes I really hope Lydia gets killed. She deserves to die as much as anyone else on that show. She's an evil, greedy bitch.

Hard watching Jesse's scenes. It's just suffering. Even though he ratted out Walt and everyone else, at least he didn't gloss over his own crimes. We found out from the video that Jesse had admitted to killing Gale. From the video it seemed like he was still bothered by his actions there. I was pumped when he had broken out and disappointed when he got caught. It was hard watching him be in such agony.

Edit:

Maybe the M60 isn't for anyone that's been predicted so far. Maybe it's going to be used to take the black out of Gray Matter. He's gonna paint Elliot and Gretchen Schwartz red...M60 style. That's what happens when you talk badly about the meth kingpin of the Southwest. You get blown away by an M60.
