bottled water is bullshit

If it hasn't been left in the sun, Mt. Franklin [Australia] is pretty good. Otherwise it just tastes foul, I never buy cheap bottled water if I have to.

I do think that bottled water is grossly overpriced, it's cheaper to buy petrol...how does that work??
 
I like distilled water the best. I have one of those water machines in my house cuz I have well water and need to drink the bottled stuff.

when I buy individual bottles, though, I prefer Dasani.
 
I don't buy bottled water, but I do buy the bulk jugs of spring water for my water cooler at home. The city water is taken from Lake Superior and it reaks of chlorine. All you can taste and smell is the foul stench of chlorine. So for drinking water I buy it from a local spring company. Tastes much better. Seems foolish to be paying $6.00 a jug when you can get it for free, but damn the chlorine taste is unbearable.
 
I'm not opposed to tap water--city water here is pretty good--but I have one of those PUR filters on my tap and use that for cooking/drinking. If I'm out any bottled water will do, really. I'm not picky.
 
American water = horrible. Law makes them put a certain amount of chlorine in it I suppose you don't notice if you've lived their all your life but if you're used to British water it'll make you boak

who cares... it's just fucking water and it all tastes like water to me, save well water. I despise well water and all its sulphur reeking glory.
 
All you people who go around paying for bottles of water from the Supermarket...everyone else is laughing at you. All the way to the bank.

Get a grip, I pitty my children and their children, what a shite world they're going to grow up in.
 
I drink tap water that has been sat in the sun all day in open green Grolsh bottles. Refrigerate...consume...enjoy!
The sunlight helps the clorine to evaporate and leaves no taste or smell of it at all.
 
I dont like any water other than natural spring water and even then i really dislike water.

I refuse to buy dasani etc...due to their only being 'purified'
 
I've also heard that Dasani has a large amount of added salt, but I couldn't say for sure. I avoid it, though.
 
nobles pureau - the only water guaranteed to be free of all impurities including chlorine, flouride, salts and bacteria
and only comes in 2litre packs :)
 
Mount Franklin is the standard here in Australia... I think it tastes great :)

I hate being a corporate whore to Coke though.
 
So you guys pay a water bill....then go out and buy bottled water?

Fair enough if you're out shopping and need a drink or something but bulk buying it and bringing it home...?

Sad state of affairs and I blame the Americans, everything they do gets brought over here eventually and it's all shit. We don't need it but apparantly we want it. Advertising works.
