I'm a regular user of MDMA. Every 4 weeks generally.
Previous club event I had a 7 week break. I took 150mg (1/2 a Skull pill) and 3 x 100mg (1/2 Nintendo pills). My comeup was slow (60-90mins) and it was alright buzz but no magic.
So let's fast forward 3 weeks to last Friday. As a control experiment, it was the same club. And I used the same pills - first I do 150mg Skull pill again. However, this time my comeup was somewhere around 20 mins and it was mental amazing, I was dancing like the speed of light and higher than anyone in the entire club - that included people who dosed on 150mg Skull pill themselves. The buzz seemed to last longer. I did another 100mg just out of fear my buzz would run out. However, about 4 hours from coming up I still felt seriously high and MDMAed. This didn't make sense as I had done less drugs and with only a 3 week break since my last club night (vs 7 week break and 200mg more MDMA, but less buzz) So how did I do it?
SLEEP - I made sure from around Wednesday I slept in and didn't sleep deprive myself. I think this was the biggest factor. My serotonin was up up up.
STRESS - I decided to cool down on work from Wednesday also and do more simple chore tasks that didn't stress me out.
PREPARED MY STOMACH - I ate a pizza and some fries at 5pm. I dropped at 12pm. The pizza and fries stopped me from getting hungry hours and hours later. Like a slow burn fuel. I thoroughly recommend. Then I dropped 3 antacids tablets (TUMS). I'd previously had no great joy with these, but I tended to take 2 tabs before, this time I took 3.
BCAAs - I have really cut down on these and they block tryptophan. This week I did 4 low dose tabs post gym workout only. Then cleared my system.
VITAMIN C - I just had 1 apple. That was it. I know vitamin C kills your roll.
So I rolled 100% harder, in the same club, with WORSE music and with a SHORTER break from last roll with LESS drugs. Anyway, try the above and see if you can boost the shit out of your roll too
