Boosted my roll x2. Here's how I did it.

I'm a regular user of MDMA. Every 4 weeks generally.

Previous club event I had a 7 week break. I took 150mg (1/2 a Skull pill) and 3 x 100mg (1/2 Nintendo pills). My comeup was slow (60-90mins) and it was alright buzz but no magic.

So let's fast forward 3 weeks to last Friday. As a control experiment, it was the same club. And I used the same pills - first I do 150mg Skull pill again. However, this time my comeup was somewhere around 20 mins and it was mental amazing, I was dancing like the speed of light and higher than anyone in the entire club - that included people who dosed on 150mg Skull pill themselves. The buzz seemed to last longer. I did another 100mg just out of fear my buzz would run out. However, about 4 hours from coming up I still felt seriously high and MDMAed. This didn't make sense as I had done less drugs and with only a 3 week break since my last club night (vs 7 week break and 200mg more MDMA, but less buzz) So how did I do it?

SLEEP - I made sure from around Wednesday I slept in and didn't sleep deprive myself. I think this was the biggest factor. My serotonin was up up up.

STRESS - I decided to cool down on work from Wednesday also and do more simple chore tasks that didn't stress me out.

PREPARED MY STOMACH - I ate a pizza and some fries at 5pm. I dropped at 12pm. The pizza and fries stopped me from getting hungry hours and hours later. Like a slow burn fuel. I thoroughly recommend. Then I dropped 3 antacids tablets (TUMS). I'd previously had no great joy with these, but I tended to take 2 tabs before, this time I took 3.

BCAAs - I have really cut down on these and they block tryptophan. This week I did 4 low dose tabs post gym workout only. Then cleared my system.

VITAMIN C - I just had 1 apple. That was it. I know vitamin C kills your roll.

So I rolled 100% harder, in the same club, with WORSE music and with a SHORTER break from last roll with LESS drugs. Anyway, try the above and see if you can boost the shit out of your roll too :)
 
Side point - this week I've been using strong 20% thc hydro weed at night. It's been giving me really solid sleeps and this I presume would be moving my serotonin higher and higher.

Jesus 450mG 1st dose then 7 weeks later 250mG.

That 450mG is certainly a high dose for sure. Not sure if you should be doing that too often. Im not even sure if a 7 week gap is enough.

Interesting to hear you needed less after doing some of your techniques however.
 
1st club night - 7 week break - 450mg
2nd club night - 3 week break - 250mg. x2 rolled harder and longer

So far no comedown. I use super clean dutch ecstasy that has been washed and filtered a lot. Clean lab also I presume.

Next time I'm going to try and just do 150mg 1 dose.

I will check them out. The Nintendos are not as good as the Skulls or Orange bombs. Still they are v.close.
 
Perfect total nightly dose mortal kombat IMO. Any ways. I think this is just a prime example of how mind set/setting/dose all intertwine to constitute a "good roll, or harder". Maybe for whatever ever reason that first night you didn't get a magical roll bc of a multitude of reasons. But sounded like the second time was a little more in your "sweet spot" eh? Maybe the over load of mdma kinda effectively floored you? I know that happens to me. Lots of variables. But that's awesome you've provide us with some great healthy practices (minus the dose amount....and frequency..)
 
Or you could try to dark chocolate 70% cocoa trick... it works just as good... eat 30mg of Dark chocolate 1-2days before rolling, then the roll day state calm and eat some light meals.

Variables -

1st night it was better music, less crowded in the club, no nonsense with my people. NOT great roll.
2nd night - worse music, more crowded and total nonsense with my people. BUT significantly better roll.

Setting - same club.

Summary - try lots of sleep 2-3 days before, drop your stress 2 days before and then eat a big pizza 7 hours before dropping - drop antacids 1 hour before you drop (previously I had dropped antacids very close to my MDMA, but I am guessing they need some time to work).

Tried the dark chocolate, but I don't think I did it properly. I ate it late. 1 day before and then on roll day. I now know you shouldn't eat it on roll day.
 
Sidenote - slight comedown. I can only describe it as I can't be bothered doing anything, just want to eat tasty food, smoke dope and watch tv. Work is out the window. Certainly not a terrible comedown at all, more like over-mellowed. Doing 100mg 5htp tonite to hopefully kick me back into the real world.
 
I reccomend working out 3 days or more each week for 1 hour and build your muscles if you're male
My first roll was seriously heaven.. it was the best moment of my life probably
Working out boosts serotonin (I beleive) and other feel-good chemicals.. It also helps you to recover faster. It's like "hey, i can lift this stuff, and I feel great"
And the saunas are great too!
 
Not too sure about working out pre-rolling makes it better, but it definitely helps afterwards. Just getting off your ass and feeling like you're accomplishing something makes it so much easier for me to get back to my everyday routine and feel good.
 
Exercise rebuilds serotonin receptors. I'd not work out on the day of rolling because I'll need to eat more that day and I don't want to end up overtrained e.g.weight lifting then rollin club till 4am without any food being eaten for 20hours or so. That'll just send you catabolic.
