I have an AK.. but I also have no claymores or C4 because I used them at the start, then got a check point.
I can survive long enough for my helicopter to come, but once it lands and I have to carry McMillan to the heli, I get absolutely obliterated.

But that's probably because I've been hiding behind the pool house while I wait for the helicopter to come, as I find its the only place I can survive while the helicopter takes about 5 mins to come.

Yeah, I beat it on veteran. i forgot that you can only put him in one place. Duh.

Yeah, try hanging out on the ferris wheel platform. It gives you a much better line of sight for when you gotta snipe the enemys in the field between the buildings, not to mention its a much shorter run to the helo when it lands, and you can use it as cover because youll be on one side of it while the enemies come up from the other side.
 
I've tried it, but I get obliterated by grenades and a couple always make it around the back via the dodgems
 
^ I made a video for you. I spent last night making it, showing how I beat it. I just have to get it uploaded to my computer somehow. I didnt realize it would be quite hard to get the video on my PC considering the camera I used isnt digital. So, give me some time and Ill have it up on youtube for you, unless you beat it before that happens.

the closest i can get to the choppers is if i crouch like a wimp in the ferris wheel booth. the bottom ferris wheel cart has an obstruction in the middle of it, so i dunno what sixpartseven is talking about there.
 
i played through the single player on hardened and barely made it through the game. i dont know if i want to try it on veteran. the tv studio fight may be too much for me to handle. kudos to you chaps.

hrmmm
now im thinking that maybe i should play through single player again....

Walk into the bottom ferris wheel cart and jump. It will let you jump up onto the seat next to the obstruction. Once your up therem crouch down. Youll be next to the obsruction with a clear view of everything in front of you.

Not really, if you position yourself right, you can use the center bar of the ferris wheel cart as cover.

Its hard to explain. I need to get this video up so you can see what I mean.

Hide behind the bumper car platform, if you go on youtube there will be guides on how to beat it that way.
 
Lol in normal difficulty I just crouched next to the injured guy and let them swarm me before nading the shit out of them.


Lol try playing it in the 'film noir' or something, the silent movie mode :P its jokes

I FINALLY decided to go prestige (after 4 months of playing at 55) and Im pissed. Biggest mistake I ever made. I miss my .50 cal and ACOG!!!
