Seriously tough round, but I went with MrMoss - I love the 'expression' on that bird's face, awesome shot. Tied with RL, also excellent, but I tend to go with the more random interpretations of the theme :)

Getting a new camera in a couple of weeks. About time I started making my on contributions.

I choose LR2, loved tambourine-man' , SA and Bushmonster...... You all make this so hard to make a choice...... well done :)

For me, it was always a close call between BA's and BushMonster's. Both feel quite intimate and capture the theme, despite their obvious differences.

I decided on BA's due to the composition.

I found it very hard to choose this week as there is such a huge variation in approaches to the theme. I was sooo tempted by MrMoss's seagull (and hilarious title) but eventually plumped for london runner. I found it to be a very evocative picture that reminds me of many times and places in my past.

Great show all around folks - far too many quality entries to make choosing even close to being easy. This is a good thing :).

PS Thanks for the votes, peeps <3

^dude, i love your people shots. they're all beautifully captured imo.

damn, I had been saving my entry for a long time, waiting for a chance to enter it for something. I guess I should have waited for something else where it would have fit the theme better, because I really like that photo. Oh well...:(

I went with ByronStar. Great photo. It looks like it must have been really difficult to get it to come out as clear as it did. Good job.

Thanks for the nice words guys .. it's the lantern shop at Byron Bay in case anyone's interested. I was eating dinner at the indian restaurant nearby and had a few beers ;) so took a few shots to get that one!

Raving Loony - I've always thought of your photography as very talented and professional, I'd love to be able to take photos like yours :)
