I didn't even bother taking part in the competition this time. At first my poor cheap digital camera isn't going to be able to take a good picture of a detailed landscape and secondly there isn't even any good landscapes here in the Scandinavia. :D

I agree, there are plenty of fantastic landscapes in Scandinavia. And Malmö has good photo opportunities too!

Yeah, I was a bit too strict. There are great landscapes in e.g. Norway, but if you're living in city area there isn't much to photograph. You'd have to take a long trip somewhere to find a decent landscape, that can competite in the same category as some of these landscapes in this thread. :\

P.S. Where's the polling thread and when's the next round going to be opened?

^ why not change it? submissions end on the 18th.

Thanks for the suggestion, gE. I think I'm going to leave this one as my entry and challenge myself to find one of mine I've overlooked or shoot a new one for Solitude.

Sugar Hill, New Hampshire last fall. We went for foliage but as you can see it was all green lol.

Shimmer.Fade, freedomclub & vibr8tor I just noticed your images are too large. Please resize to 700px max!
