Hand-tinted (original photo desaturated, then re-painted w/new colors using brush tool & color blending mode). Stars thrown in for kicks, I call it the space station :D

i have a better one (much longer) of a number of 8k peaks including everest in nepal, but the 700 limit kills that. :X:X

i'll host them both later when i get home tonight.

There are no restrictions on attaching a full sized version to your 700x700 max entry, IP. In fact, it has always been encouraged. ;)

I'll try to find the time to enter this one over the next couple of days. Awesome entries so far, everyone!
 
This is a photo i took a couple years ago at the zoo. I actually sold a few copies of this photo on eBay. I love how they are cuddling!!

I hope you all like the photo.

of course, but judgement is based on the 700x700 limited image, and the attached image is only for those who want to save it.

i woke up and saw the profile of a gorilla's face in the folds of my discarded clothes. here it is:

Well, I was a bit stuck as to what I was going to take a photo of this week (and then edit somehow)...

I started playing with colours of clouds at sunset, but wasnt happy because it looked too manipulated.

So in the end I just cropped a macro photo of one of my cactus, and adjusted the contrast and brightness a bit. Which is a pleasure as we cant usually do that here in this comp :)

Maybe that helps anyone else who is a stuck also :)
