Since each player has easy access to dictionary com, obscure words flourish and the challenge becomes almost obsolete (until the clock starts running down and the player panics).

you dont even need dictionary.com you just use the dictionary provided. that alone has weird and crazy shit in it and they are all legal if you get challenged!

If this game is gonna play silly buggers then i'm not playing anymore. I had 4 mins left on the clock with 2 tiles to play, but it wouldn't let me play them, even though the word was perfectly valid (AIL).

Apparently this ISC supports games that use different scrabble dictionaries. I wonder if one of the dictionaries is free of all the bullshit scrabble words. Eg, cuz, suq, ch, qi, zo, azo, chi, che...

Played real scrabble against my family last night and slaughtered them. They were using the dictionary all over the place and helping each other. 256, 176 (only because the dictionary word AJEE gave her 72 points), 106, 106. I've become a scrabble geek in less than one week.

^ oi, don't include azo in your stoopid word list. It's a chemistry term indicating a nitrogen containing organic compound.

An Qi and Zo are in my regular word list now
