Bluelight Legends/Stars/Heroes

Lacey K and Captain Heroin for sure. There's a bunch I can't remember right now, as I'm a bit munted at the moment, but will get back to this :)
 
idk i cant remember if i read this thread or he was mentioned, but ForeverAfter's trip reports are seriously always the best.

indeed. between him and lyserg a great thread was created. although he was not as prominent as others around his time his work and input behind the scenes, as most do unless you're on the teams, was more than commendable

Also, while widely (unfairly) maligned, dokomo contributed a tremendous amount of time and knowledge to the site and did more behind the scenes than most will ever know.

Also, thanks for the shouts. I've hardly been around in ages and it's nice to know that my time here had an impact.

the same applies for doko. when both had a post it was worth reading.

i always appreciated phrozen's point of view and decisions, especially when it came to matter such as the implementation of the prefixes. he always just had these short paragraphs of sage advice when we were either bickering or couldn't point out finger on the problem collectively. you gotta remember most OD mods are drug addled at one point or another. although i jest about it, tis mainly true. opiates and benzos seem to be the trend of most.

6/7 (sixpartseven) was a beast to get things done and implemented with behind the scenes as well.

having moderated a few different forums over a few years and being a lazy stoned cunt i'll just add a little piece of the many i worked with on different levels of staff.

oh and i can't forget my good old mate william (unknown) ;)

Have you considered these possibilities:

1. The ice cold bath water you ran without adding any hot water has caused the numbing effect?

2. Is your face numb or not (you only said body)? If not and assuming it was not in the water due to requiring air to breath, this might indicate its related to the water somehow.

3. What areas are numb exactly? Everything that was submerged or just extremities like hands and feet. If just hands and feet then you might have vasoconstriction and you should deal with it appropriately (google). If everything that was submerged is effected please refer to point 1.

4. Are you currently experiencing visual distortions or hallucinations due to the effects of the drug you mentioned. Are you certain that your numbness is not a tactile hallucination caused by the drug?

5. If i told you that the numbness was caused by organic adulterants in the drug that consisted of egg sacks for tiny spiders like ant creatures that ate human flesh but first excreted a pain killing venom that numbed the area so as to avoid detection and that is the likely cause of your concerns, would you be concerned and believe me or think i was talking crap?

If you selected concern or belief it might indicate you are experiencing paranoia from the drug with regards to your mentioned concerns and you should not be concerned.

6. What skin color matches most closely to the the effected areas currently? Blue, Grey, Bright Red, Turquoise, Skin Colour, or Teal?

7. Do you have any history of mental health related illness?

Thats all i can think of, hope you are ok? 2cb didnt do that to me, it only made me feel awesome and see great visual distortions and generally love life. You sure you took this?

i gotta add in BingeBoy now too. i did a short stint moderating OD with him before he stepped down. was a cool cat back then and still is now. i've enjoyed getting back in PM contact with him since returning, telling each other different stories over the time that has elapsed between last contact.

i just received a reply from a recent PM which prompted me to bump this thread as i neglected him in my initial post. BB was a great moderator who was keen to always learn more despite being a mini knowledge bank himself. props to you man and welcome back.

I miss Lacey K and her alter ego Khadijah. She is such an amazing writer. I still read her old blogs sometimes. She describes the feelings I have for dope so perfectly.

That's funny, I recall reading a lot of Lacey K's posts when I first started browsing Bluelight and couldn't figure out what the hell she was trying to say most of the time. Definitely a legendary character though.

It did take reading a few posts to get the general gist of what was being written. Was mainly about how good Jersey dope is. Some good stories too
