Bluelight-based arrests?

as for the question about IMs--if you are even thinking about talking about illegalities (and we all know none of us commit such crimes but are rather just a big bunch of braggers ;>). But anyway, yea, anything IM should be encrypted, logs should not be kept, and things should be kept as private as if someone would assume someone is actually seeing or reading everything; this works for things beyond law enforcement (friends, relatives, etc) and just makes sense. . . until drugs are decriminalized.

It really amazes me to see people post pictures of their faces on this site. Anywhere. That's the last thing I would ever do. I'd be more worried about losing a job and a livelihood as a result of someone seeing my mug on here than going to jail.
 
I don't think people's faces are that big an issue, because as some people have pointed out, you could just say that you're full of shit and like to take the piss out of all these druggy types! (or you are carrying out experiments in black propaganda etc - there are loads of options/excuses)

Posting pictires of yourself (ie face) and any sort of drug/drug paraphanalia is a different matter altogether, especially if it's your face next to say a cannabis plant, which is very distinctive. That's just asking to be used as evidence in legal proceedings
 
Also, one DC regular in what i can only assume was a momentary lapse in judgement posted a video of themselves hotrailing some meth...

That's good.

A good rule for the bluelight drug forums should be: no external links that lead to a member's homepage or personal content. This is an easy way for law enforcement to track someone down.

the whole black propiganda thing is quite frightening, So, undercovers, stay undercover as not to alarm us all
 
ALWAYS speak in third person when posting possibly incriminating information. ex/ If one was to ingest 3 OC80's with a moderate tolerance, would one have an experience..." instead of "i have 3 OC80s that I wanna take tomorrow, can anyone tell me..."

Its common sense and knowing the game.

Also, talking code on phones is complete bullshit, they will know what you are talking about, its not like they're just tapping 1 phone call too, thats if you're even lucky to get your phone tapped. I think they will relise if you are ordering 3.5g's of potting mixture every day !

About the logs thing, im pretty sure Bluelight would have logs and its not like they will say no to any law enforcement, no matter where they're located.

Shouldn't the FBI focus on terrorism?? But no.....because terrorism is no longer a threat now so they will be focusing on the druggies from now on.
 
Any arrests for trading drugs by mail?

I was reading through the bluelight based arrests thread but I didn't see anything concerning this.

Is the reason the DEA and other drug zealots watch this board because they think people are hooking up and trading drugs back and forth through the mail? I saw that a couple bluelight get-togethers got busted up but I haven't heard anything about this.

Has anyone ever been solicited by an undercover agent asking to buy drugs from you on this board? Wouldn't that be entrapment?

I mean, that's got to be one of the riskiest things I've ever heard of. I personally would never do it since if you got caught, they could slam you with wire fraud, mail fraud(federal offense), drug delivery(felony), conspiracy, possession, and I'm sure a few others depending on the substance and quantity.

I wouldnt doubt it if it doesnt happen at least once a week. I just delete messages straight away when somebody is asking for something or asking for information on where to get something. Leave me alone I dont even do drugs anymore...

If you receive a PM asking for drugs, or asking if you want drugs, you say "NO" and tell an admin. better yet, dont even reply...

Bluelight is not here to help you do anything illegal.
