I've gotten tar where I've smoked up to a whole half gram in one sitting and felt NOTHING and have also got tar where i took a few hits and was floored...all from the same dealer too, if only he worked on Christmas ...

If you do that, you should lay on a bed or something and let your head hang off so the solution doesn't run down your throat, but rather stays in your sinuses where it should be. That mayhave been your problem. You can also cook it up like that and put it into a little nasal spray bottle and spray a little mist up there.

I will try this, the spray bottle sounds like a good idea because just holding all that water in my nose for a minute sounds like a surefire way to make me puke my brains out with that nasty ass taste. Thanks bulldog.

ya, there are some bad batches of tar, but i think there's also bad batches of powder too.
but if you're a person who does opiates regularly, yeah, i don't think a 20 is gonna do much for you, especially if it's pretty bunk shit
me personally, i love tar, and the shit i get is fuckin DOPE. plus i like it b/c i always know what i'm getting - you can tell if somebody's cutting it w. sum fucked up shit.
you never know what you're gonna get w/ powder, it's just too easy to put shit in it that isn't s'posed to be there.
trust me if you lived in the south/south-west, i think you'd definately find that there's nothing wrong w/ tar.

Everyone here should stop saying shit like " I feel so bad for you west coast guys..." etc. What you need to realize is that it's all relative to what you're familiar with...if all you're used to is tar, then the good stuff will blow your mind.

All I've ever used was tar, and the shit gets me high as fuck every time I do a shot. There's a reason that you hear/read stories about people OD'ing left and right from high quality batches of tar, and that's because when it's all you have and what you're used to, it does for us exactly what your powder does for you.

i live in the east coast i get my shit from dc, its normally pretty dank. a little less then a year ago though id be getting this one batch that was brown powder that was pretty good but, if i kept it for more then a week it would turn into tar so i was forced to smoke it which wasn't bad. has anyone else ever gotten powder that turned into tar?

I live in Ohio, I can get tar and powder without any problem. The weakest powder will blow the strongest tar out of the water. This is my opinion.

this may be true for your market but i have had both and can tell you that its not true everywhere

70% pure powder is pretty much the same as 70% pure tar

I've been involved in various aspects of the Philly scene, and I know people that have been in it for over 30 years. None have ever seen/used/sold tar.


I'm not doubting out, I just find it hard to believe that you ran across tar in Philly.

When it comes to shit like that PHRO, peeps coming back from vacation or school can EASILY make any scenario possible. I mean, I've gotten tar up here where I'm at, so...

Also, the nearest metro area with a pop. over 100,000 is over a 100 miles away. We ALWAYS have Chicago or Detroit D around here and those cities are respectively 6 and 8 hours away.

P.S. When #4 gets exposed to humidity, it melts into a sorta' goo that I guess some people would think resembles a "tar". I usually just scrape the shit into my spoon and cook it a lil' bit. No need to waste it by smoking it.

Tar is definitely NOT as good as powdered Heroin as Tar still lacks a purification process. The powdered form located on the east cost is far superior to the black tar on the west coast. Problem is that you can make a white powder using mannitol out of the Tar you have to cook up thats also obviously pail in comparison to the real White heroin. The real good shit should be white powder and come in a very small quantity that doesnt need to be cooked to dissolve in water.

and I have never heard of a tar that 80% . There are alot of impurities in tar

from what i know they take the tar and put it in one of those little coffee grinders and then they add the cut most often lactose

the resulting powder will turn to tar with a little moisture and heat like beathing on it

at least thats how it is done around here

the more lactose they use turns the tar into a brittle glasslike substance the stuff with less cut is like taffy
