oh....hrm that should be good enough to edit video...you could try updating your firmware for you graphics card, or drivers also.
I am not on my own computer right now, but as soon as I get back to it, I can try to help you find some software that might work better.
I used Ulead Video Studio to make my video. It was included with my graphics card, which incidentally is also an Nvidia. Check to see if it came with your card or PC. Also, Adobe Premier works well. Until I get back to my own PC, you could try to get those by whatever means you see fit.
