Hello, I've search around and cannot seem the find the answer I am looking for so here goes. I'm going to a music festival very soon its four days long and on either day two or three i want to dose 100mg of 4-fa. I understand it releases serotonin, and if im correct that amount is far less than even methylone. So I'm wondering if i were to dose on either day two or three and on the fourth day take 150-200mg of mdma, am I looking to experience much of a diminished roll? I have not taken any releasers in over 6 weeks.

Yea you're. I rolled one night. Hard. Next night went to grab some methylone dosed my buddy who rolled with me the night before. All that was felt was speedyness.

So what I am saying is any drug that releases serotonin and dopamine or blahblah is going to diminish some effects of mdma if you go all out then try to roll. Sorry I read this wrong at first. Person above me you're Good. You will be fine to roll.

Really nice stimulant, and this is coming from someone who generally doesn't enjoy stims.
It's very clean and smooth feeling, and lacks the negative side-effects that I've experienced with most other stimulants. It's also a much more focused stimulation rather than an overload where thoughts are racing and not really following any linear pattern.
I think I will get more as I can see this being useful for focusing on classes/studies if taken in a mild dose orally, but also provides a nice, euphoric recreational high when IV'd.

All the talk about "OMGS IT BURNS WHEN SNIFFED SO IT MUST BURN UR VEINZ" is also really dumb. It doesn't burn when IV'd.

Uhhhhhhh---so because it doesn't burn to slam means its OK? Thats really not too smart but I wont judge. I will say though IV is way worse than sniffing this stuff even if theres no burn...why? Because its a chemical that you bought from a lab that usually isnt looking out for your health and moreso for Money. Thats all I will add be safe.

Any of you guys encountered a lil brownish, gray 4-FA? In form of... Small balls, that if you put it on some paper and your paper suddenly twitches for some reason, half of your 4-FA is already jumping around your whole room? Got 0,5g sample of it.

So today i started with 70mg 4-FA nasally, except an hellish burn i've got ZERO effects from it. Thought ok, perhaps a bit too less since it looked like a minuscule amount and continued with another 100mgs an hour later, also nasally. Again, nothing! Really nothing, i didn't even felt sped-up.

WTF, i thought 150-170 is a good oral dose but why the hell am i getting no effects from that nasally?!?

I posted this before in an other thread, did some M1 Trials some months ago, even 100mgs oral showed no effects. Wanted to try more but i don't do uppers that often so i thought i give the 4-FA a go this time.

Man, i was in really good mood, even thought about if it's "needed" to do some 4-FA but i wanted a bit of the freaked-out-happiness - but in the end i was just fuckin' pissed

Dude, IV doesn't burn. I mean Methadone pills burn your mouth out it's corrosive as fuck but I USED to get amps and IV 5x 20mg over 30m and burn was not bad. \burns it;s NOT in.........

Has anyone tried to IM 4-FA? I can't seem to find any info on it (heck, the info about IM amphetamine is scarce lol... maybe with good reason, hence I ask )

Also after the effects have wore off, i get headrushes up till like 2 days after

especially during the first day after the intake, they're so bad that i get near-fainting... any hints on how to reduce that? (no, i dont take like 400mg lol, last time i took 120mg oral with a 30mg boost nasal when i felt the previous dose coming up)

I would think that the reason why stimulants are not done via IM is vasoconstriction. Vasoconstriction during IM could lead to very long lasting duration because it would limit the body's uptake of the drug (this is the case with several common medical cocaine derivatives and the reason why they don't cause any "high" when sniffed or applied to the gumbs). There may also be a greatly increased risk of an abscess at the site of injection due to vasoconstriction.

Just my scientifically reasoned opinion, mind.

I never really have understood why bother with IM? If you are going to take the risks involved in using needles why only do it half assed? The only advantage of the needle with drugs is the rush and if you push IM then this is greatly diminished.

The only advantage I can see is that it takes less skill to get it right when you IM. You know what they say, though, practice makes perfect. Also, possibly if you don't care to make the effort to learn the proper technique then you possibly shouldn't be messing about with needles in the first place. Just some food for thought.

I have done some reading and it seems that apparently IM already carries a significantly higher risk of abscess compared to IV. Something about carrying non-sterile particulates deep into the muscle tissue where it won't be readily filtered out. This would definitely be made worse by a decrease in blood flow due to vasoconstriction.

This doesn't necessarily mean you will get an abscess. Still, why take the risk?! If you are determined to use needles just stick it where it will do the most good. It really isn't that hard to teach yourself to IV. Believe me, after you miss and have to keep trying over and over again you will be very motivated by pain to get it correct (unless you're a masochist).

Well, I've done IM ketamine a couple times, and it's really easy... you just plunge a needle right into your thigh lol, whereas with a vein you really have to aim and like pierce it right in *shivers*, k I guess i'll stick to oral/nasal then haha

How was that IM ketamine? This is totally off topic but I've been kicking around the idea of trying methoxetamine IV. It's already like the perfect balance between heroin and LSD! I bet it's a hell of a rush. 4-aco-DMT was definitely a hell of a rush when IV.

I'm getting some more next week just haven't decided for sure bc I haven't touched a needle in 2 years.

I'm gonna go ahead and reply to myself here and save us some off topic side trip. Been reading the MXE IV subthread on the big&dandy. People there are saying that there is a benefit to IM over IV for dissociatives and that is not blacking out. With IM you have a couple minutes before you hole and it doesn't happen almost instantaneously as it would with IV. Still maybe i'll try both and then decide. I've never given myself an IM shot before.

Has anyone experienced nausea or dizziness days after doing 4-FA?

I did some on St. Patty's day and was very nauseous the next day, which I just chalked up to the large drug combination (DMT, Alcohol, Weed, 4-FA, Salvia, B. Caapi, Nitrous).

I did some 4-FA this past Saturday and have been feeling nauseous and dizzy today. I'm assuming there's no relation but was just curious if anyone else had noticed something like this as well.

Ended up being an excellent concert drug as expected. Ending up taking a booster dose at one point, around 10 milligrams. Did notice some heartburn type feelings (which I hardly ever get), but other then that great. Felt very clear headed, had 2 beers with it, enjoyed myself quite a bit. Had a few very good peakish type moments, similar to what you get with MDMA but also different.

Nowadays, when I go to Phish shows it is as much for social reasons as it is for the music. I spent quite a bit of the time talking to old friends/tour buddies and didn't have the MDMA lovey dovey silliness nor did I feel the incessant need to talk someones ear off.

About 4 hours of Euphoria eased into a light stimulation. Was able to fall asleep that night as well with the help of some Dipenhydramine and some beers. Also had .1 mg clonidine for the hyper-tension.

I do wish there was a way to make this snortable, I haven't tried it but it just seems like it hurts to much to be worth it.

Yeah, snorting isnt advised, i used to snort another 20-50mg after an oral dose to boost the comeup, but i'm gonna stop doing that considering that last time i did that, after the intense burning sensation, which i expected, my nose started bleeding... like pretty bad lol

How bad exactly would it be if you take 4-FA say... once or twice a week? because I understand that it also releases serotonin, like MDMA. Obviously not as much, but still, it makes you wonder. inbetween mdma experiences they advise you to wait at least 3 weeks, so would 4fa fry your brain if you take it more than once a week?
