mine was a tan sample and had very little effect at all unfortunately
 
Here it is

(500mg sample)

Wednesday morning dabbed a bit for allergies nothing noticeable,

somewhere between 6:30 - 7pm same day weighed 2 lots of 50mg myself & friend snorted it initially we didn't feel pain then it came about 10-15 mins in it was horrible we both spent about 30 mins in the toilet blowing our noses and flushing with water, all evening our nose just kept producing lots of mucus and was really blocked and still quite painful, we intended bombing half each of what was left but didn't, i was going to chuck the rest, but didn't,

no feeling of coming up on anything, nothing but pain in the nose, went to bed about 11pm,
couldn't get to sleep neither could friend, we both took a benzo but still couldn't sleep didn't feel stimulated just felt awake it was weird,fell asleep eventually but didn't have a good sleep.

Thursday morning my friend had left to go to work and at 11:10am i decided to bomb what was left, total empty stomach,
i spent the next hour and a half on the toilet with diarrhea, i felt sick but never did,and sore stomach.
i tried putting on some music but had to switch it off,
i ended up lying down as i felt down, also felt sedated but not in a drug way if that makes any sense, no feelings of being on an upper, no pupil dilation they were almost pinned,

i was like that until about 5:30pm then i got a call that i had been waiting for to get some pot & ket, i didn't want to go because of how i was feeling i just wanted to stay lying down i just didn't want to socialise ,but wanted a smoke so had to go, and i had been waiting almost a week for the ket,

i looked in the mirror and i had a slight dilation,weird all this hours on , but still no feelings of being on an upper, still felt down and sedated

when i got there the pot was there but the ket wasn't so had to wait till the guy called my mate to pick it up supposedly at 7pm, it didn't happen till 10:30pm,
by now i had a headache and felt f****d, after a line of ket i cheered up & felt good,
sat until 4am snorting lines,
now I'm not sure considering it was almost 12hrs since bombing the 5-iai, but the ket seemed different and i know it was the same ket i had over the past few weeks cos the guy has lots of it, it was strong ket, but it didn't seem as strong it was more euphoric, so not sure if because of the 5-iai it made the ket like that and maybe the ket brought something from the
5-iai but it was a long time after,
went to crash out in mates spare room as i couldn't walk home, still feeling quite ketted lay there for a wee while then when the ket wore off i was left severely awake like i had been on stimulants, had slight teeth grinding and slight chatter and my mind wouldn't shut up,it was horrible i just wanted to sleep , about 10 am i couldn't handle it anymore the room was also bright and the cushions were uncomfortable so left to go home
got in rolled a joint checked my emails but couldn't come on BL as the concentration was caving my head in at 12pm went to bed and slept for 3 hours had a lovely sleep
when i woke up 3 hours after i felt wide awake though but rolled a joint and dosed off again for a wee while, stayed in bed and am still there now being lazy, but i am going to get up soon as im away to try my methoxetamine or my amt =D, haven't decided which one yet,


so 5-iai thank god i never payed for it i wont be taking it again its crap i wish i did chuck it.
im so glad i took the ket though as it got me out of the ill down state i was in. just hope my methoxetamine & my amt isnt crap cos i payed for them.

Confirm. *snip* and was really disappointed. My previous reliable site has decided to stop the RC biz until this crap is sover, they tested all the stuff around and found dangerous, inactive or scheduled substances sold in place of the advertised and sold products.

Reports:

- 2 capsules 6-apb with not the self strength and effects than from the sample caps, took 1,5 in the course of 2 hrs with nothing more than a threshold.

- 3 days later; The 5-IAI was also crap: 1g taken in the course of two hours with just the effect of what I could compare to guarana or coffee. No euphoria, no mood change, no altered perceptions, just stim, that's it. Good that I always have some benzo's for this kind of mishaps.
Frakk the UK commercial RC scene, all the magic is gone with the cathinones being banned.

I advise anyone with no much money and time to loose, to just NOT buy anything from these crap sites. Or be sure to have some benzodiazepines to obliterate these boring stims.

ps: Oh, and yeah, Never smoke weed on a potentially hallucinogenic compound (benzo-fury), I saw a couple of guys on forums advising weed to come down - the facts are that it can put you in a strongly unpleasant place for an amount of time which will subjectively seems an eternity!

After mephedrone sessions my tongue would often feel blistered and sensitive and it reminds me of that

oh yeah, I get that with MDMA.

A friend who has studied acupuncture for five years, says it is meridians points on the tongue which go into these ulcer like blisters at various points on the tongue.

A chinese herbalist or acupuncturist will often look at the tongue and my friend said his could tell when he had a hard weekend partying!

What a let-down this stuff has been.Did nearly a gram last w/end. NOTHING. Talk about an epic failure.
 
Recieving a genuine sample of 5-IAI.

Will do a full trip report. I have no doubt in my mind this is real as it took 3 attempts for a good quality and stable synth.

Will report back when I have tested.
 
Anyone in the us had a sample of this? I've got 100mg's of an off white material with little to no odour. Not that I don't trust the good people of the UK, its just you guys have a jumbled up world in terms of RC's at moment :)
 
5-IAI is finally here.

a real chinese chemical supplier contacted me and told me the succeeded in producting real 5-iai and offered me a sample its coming soon, and was wondering if the drug is really active? what dosage should i take?
 
Hard to believe it wouldn't be active, given the results in rats. That doesn't mean recreational of course.
 
Insofar as we are skeptical that any of the prior samples were genuine 5-iai, you should assume Shulginesque procedure, beginning at 1 mg, to test for allergy, if anything. Activity is likely to lie at 50-150 mg oral.

The opening question is so pointless, goddamned! I can't remember how often this was already pointed out: Always start very low with the first dose. Reasons are obvious:
...The sample could contain something totally different (...with a totally different potency than expected). Hence atara suggested to perform at least some of the most basic qualitative analysis a lá Marquis.
...The sample could be impure.
...It is possible that you show allergic symptoms to one of the contents.
...It could be possible that you react extraordinarily sensitive to the effect of the drugs.​

Furthermore, there is no reason to believe that some "real chinese chemical supplier" finally suceeded with the preparation of this compound, considering the massive scam that we've seen during the last months. Present some proper analysis, then we'll see further,



And since when is blatant advertising welcome here? I ask so, because the opening post is really nothing else than advertising, simply trying to suggest that folks can again waste their money on a fake drug from China. Since when?

Actually some other labs have also succeded in synthing real 5-IAI a while ago which has also been confirmed by NMRs already.
The problem is that 5-IAI is shit and does not deliver the results people were expecting.
Another example of a compound that looks good on paper but then fails in real life.

The whole 5-IAI thing was a big hype created by some UK vendors who were already advertising the next big thing before they even had it produced.
Then other people jumped on it, believing the stupid hype and asking for 5-IAI.
As a result more and more chinese labs began producing this stuff and in the end it turned out that the compound is plain boring.
That's why the whole discussion about 5-IAI has slowed down quite fast again, as there is nothing special about it.
5-IAI has definitely been made already and would it be the wonder drug that some idiots claimed it is, we would hear much more about it.
So it may well be that this lab is producing real 5-IAI now, but they are definitely not the first one to do so and it will be nothing special in the end.

As you have asked about dosage:
Like other people posted already, start LOW and then work up slowly.
With the 5-IAI that has been confirmed by NMR to be real 5-IAI, people got results with 400-500mg, but as I said, it is nothing special and don't expect a new MDMA, Mephedrone or whatever.
It definitely isn't.

And hey, the simple fact that the supplier is Chinese is enough to set all kinds of alarms and whistles in my head (enough so that I wouldn't even bother).

even on paper it actually wasn't that good as they mentioned in the main paper people have referenced wrt affinities and the like,

"Also, PIA and 5-IAI are substantially less potent in substituting for MDMA and S-MBDB in drug discrimination experiments than might be anticipated from the in vitro data"
