Lower numbers mean higher affinity. You're looking at the "reserpine" column under serotonin and dopamine to find releaser activity at either transporter. Incidentally, it appears that MDA is more efficient as a dopamine releaser than MDMA. I was not aware of this.

PCA looks mighty fine on all three.
 
Anyone tried this in combo with a stimulant? I remember when MDAI came out people reported that the effects were greatly increased with an extra dopamine kick so to speak.

Edit: Just saw the post on the mephedrone expereince... I plan on combining with 4-FA so hope to get some added effects from the 5-iai

In all probability the more active isomer is up to twice as potent mg for mg but it would not be qualitatively a significant step up from racemic, so depends on how you look at it.
 
this is my first post on here, normaly on pillsreport,but been using the forum to keep a eye on things,ok i orderede 2g of 5iai,but the description on most sites now is not the tan coulored powder that is mentioned here,i took this from the site i ordered from

it also says 100mg doses,i will be trying this this weekend,at the does mentioned on the site and see how it goes,will update after the weekend,i,m no novice to taking substances,have been for many years,so i will try and give a accurate as possible report.

wit respect, you're a novice to taking this stuff. And after googling one sentence of your C&P from the vendors' site, i found they are a cowboy outfit that sells illegal drugs as legal drugs, and drugs with no real names or chemical formula.


And you're about to put a tenth of a gramme of some nameless shite up your nose? Why enrich these people at the cost to your own health?

They do not give a fuck if you get high or die.

The EZ kits I have had seem to vary in colour. The one I have now is a mustardly yellow colour.

i was looking at the marquis blob through a magnyfying glass and the ring was there and was bright neon yellow all the way round. both me and my partner saw it. its the most unusual thing i have ever seen.

@yetanotherforum,i did,nt google them mate,but i have had a order off them before,they are not my usual vendor,but i did have m-cat from them when it was leagle and it was pure,so did,nt have any reason to not to order from them,but i will marquis test it today when it come and put results up.

plus you may be rite about being a novice at rc products but aint we all,like it says they are reasearch chemicals,so we,re all dicing with death,but i,m a lot older and wiser than most that prob come on here,and i will read up on it and i will take small amounts to see for any reaction,always be safe than sorry
 
ok it arrived,on appearance it is a white crystal like powder,there is a smell to it but cant describe it to anything i know,i tested it with a marquis regent and it went to a yellowygreen colour wich indicates a 2-cb substance,will update
 
this is my report on the 5iai i had last night,if it was 5iai that is.

ok we bombed 200mg at 11.30ish,after about a hour felt somthing,as if it was about to hit you,but it did,nt,it just seemed to go nowhere,just a little head buzz nothing more,so we did a bout 50mg line,this seemed to have more impact,like it cleared your head and nothing more,waited about another hour and we bombed another 300mg,again started to come on then stopped,it was like it would,nt go any higher than that mild buzz,did another line same nice clear head nothing more,in the end we did a 400mg bomb again just mild again,overall we did near enough 2g between 2 of us,was asleep by 3am this morning,got up at 10,no comedown just a little fuzzy but i put that down to the booze,overall what a load of shit,shame i cant put vendor down to stop any one else buying this stuff from them,thats it nothing more to report than stay clear,save your money,shame cause if there is any proper 5iai out there or coming soon i will miss out cause i aint taking the risk of being ripped off again with this stuff.

just 1 correction was asleep by 4.30 not 3,missus put me rite on that one

A quick update on my TR. As posted earlier, my experience was pretty much the same as everyone else's... initially felt like a mild MDMA comeup, but stopped halfway and left me feeling very focused but fuzzy, but then didn't go any further. The main effect this tan chemical had is I had low serotonin issues (couldn't get to sleep, depressed, anxiety) for 6 days. Which was really shit given the absence of a decent high.
 
i know this proberly aint the rite place to put this,so mods delete if you like,but the company i got the 5iai off cant even to be bothered to email me back after i complained,i was wondering if there could be a thread made called name and shame,where we can put vendors sites down,so nobody else can be scamed,also it would also be like a harm reduction thread,cause no one knows what these vendors put into those bags

still havent tried mine yet, who has snorted it, whats snorting it like ?

what a turn up for the books got a call from vendor lol,they offered me some ici or somthing but i said no,and they offered me a refund lol,i said i would go on every forum and name and shame them,the power of the net is a wonderfull thing

No my stuff is tan, it tastes absolutely disgusting, im sure some people have said their stuff has had not much taste

but im thinking surely it cant be worse/sorer than snorting meph,

just people seem to be bombing it & not getting anything so im wandering if it would be more active snorting, im thinking about trying it now,lol

snorting mine didnt hurt at first but got progressively worse as it was absorbed. the second time i snorted meph was when i bought my own instead of trying a mates so had plenty to go at. i thought fuck that was bad( i was on a break at a work training day an had to go back into the room eyes streaming and shaking an shit, it was really horrible) but got used to it over time an came to assossiate the pain with going up so sort of had a sick enjoyment of it an it never held me back. all rc's i have tried lately have been worse including 5 iai. i used to think 2c's were harsh but doesnt seem to bad lookin back. anyway i wouldnt fancy railing large amounts of what i got sold as 5 iai

i was the same with meph, i took lots of it, and there was something good about the sting and it never held me back either, lol,=D

what colour was your 5-iai
you saying you "would" fancy railing large amounts or did you mean "wouldnt"
