Best weight loss drug

Back when I was on methadone I gained 40lbs. I got it off quickly by eating just protein vegetables and fruits.
Took in about 1000 less calories then needed.
Also did 30 minutes of yoga a day.
Drugs for losing weight will only work while you're using.
You don't want a drug habit to lose a few pounds.
Natural weight loss and change of diet and lifestyle is the best at keeping it off
I’m just curious. How does one get “into” yoga? There’s not really any yoga classes in my area. Can you suggest some good youtube yoga? Nothing too cray cray as I’m stiff as hell lol

You can get semaglutide injectors in the UK they're similar to ozympeic that celebrities use in the US. They're not cheap though.

If you want to try something that is not super hard on your body, legal and easy to aquire, go with an ECA stack. Basically you buy a bottle of 200mg caffeine, some boxes of bronkaid (Ephedrine) and a bottle of baby aspirin.

It's an old weightlifting cutting hack. I've done it several times and when paired with a caloric deficit you will lose weight.

The goal is to take one 200mg caffeine and one bronkaid pill 25mg 3x daily. You only need one 81mg aspirin. Start by taking a half pill of each 3 times daily (except take the whole aspirin). You want to start early because this will fuck with your sleep. My schedule was like 7am, 11am 3pm. Would not take the last dose after 4pm.

After 2 days start taking one full pill of caffeine/ephedrine in morning and continuing with half doses for dose #2 and #3. Then after seven days take a full pill of each for dose #1 and #2 and continue half pills for dose # 3. Then by 14 days you taper to full pills on all three doses.

It's recommended to only do a month cycle, but I've done two months in a row several times and I was fine. You will build a tolerance eventually. Basically it's a thermogenic compound and it raises your BMR. Basically making you burn more calories at rest. Plus the stim effect cuts food cravings.
What is the baby aspirin for?

Hey guys, in your personal opinion. What drug, wether legal or not, or wether marketed for weight loss or not, made you loose weight the most.

Thanks!
Opioids basically reduce appetite and make you throw up every ingested food, also some opioids like oxycontin have stimulant effects which may help you exercise more and increade the weight loss

Only thing opiates ever did for me was make me puke, so I'd second that. Wouldn't recommend it for weight loss, though. Probably better to try breaking the food addiction instead of obtaining an opiate addiction. If you can control stimulant use, that's probably going to be a smarter choice. But only if you really can control it.

Yoga with Adriene on Youtube, shes super chil and easy on the eye.
Good tip, always considered Yoga like the better way of looking at asses.
Most men go Wheel-renning for this. So a peloton of grown up man staring at each others ass.
While looking like Hunchback's in black tight fits.
And almost killing some other bikers on the way.

Yoga same thing, but there woman, and some of the longtimers have beatiful shapes.
Sad they are there for the Yoga not to find a date. Yoga is from what i read very good.
They use the Cat as example, another plus imo. And it stimulates about everything.

Lymph system, the PNS strechtes the energy lines/ nerve s.
Taoist T'ai Chi, was ime very good when done right, good instructor is advised.
And as almost any sport can be done sitting if needed.
Also very good, but as Mauve set. Better to start relaxed then streching a muscle,
or overbending your knee s ed. At the start of the session.

This is a little bit on the line as far as I'm concerned. While that is my gut reaction, I can't really close it. In my stream of consciousness reasoning before your very eyes, I'm having the revelation that people use dangerous substances for reasons other than to achieve psychological pleasure. I know we have had discussions in the past centering around things like steroids. I think what we found was that the majority of folks involved with steroids would be involved in a different subculture i.e., bodybuilding for which there is a very well-known, gigantic forum.

I feel that if your questions are regarding weight loss, it's a better conversation to be having with your doctor. I have a great deal of respect for my peers here at Bluelight. There are some wicked smart people here. However, if a person could get legitimate information regarding psychoactive drugs from a trained professional, we would be directing them there. Bluelight was born in a vacuum i 1999, a period in which kids were still going to prison for 15 years on a single crack conviction. In short, there was an atmosphere of fear and distrust.

Unlike recreational drug use/addiction, obesity and its associated issues are treated with a much greater level of respect. There are too many obese people to effectively have them be judged by society.

Back to why this is not great information to be gleaned from Bluelight. The majority of our conversations concern objective, acute effects of substances, a much lesser proportion are devoted to chronic effects and even less to recovery (there is a gigantic international recovery community out there, so again, this is not really our forte).

Someone could very easily tell you about Methamphetamine. How they lost so much weight and they've kept it off for 3 years. They can make it seem pretty easy. These people might mean well with their advice. However, time and research has demonstrated that things like stimulants are not appropriate for healthy weight loss. The drug does all the work and when the drug wears off, the person has learned nothing, done nothing and essentially accomplished nothing. They weren't pushing themselves, not eating was the preference. Hence, they typically gain the weight right back.

I know they still prescribe stimulants for serious issues, like, a person's obesity will imminently cause their death and there is no other option but to begin starving them chemically.

Back to my earlier statement, there are apparently injections out there now that people use to get thin. I am not a doctor. I'm an amateur scientist though. What I know of life on the earth is that when we try to fuck to hard with mother nature's intentions, we get bitten. The concept of an injection that makes people thin with no side effects? No effects on genes? No nothing?

I could be totally wrong. I grew up in an era in which my friends and family were raped by. Pharma/FDA/The Government all in cahoots for the purposes of making money for selfish gain. I have a very hard time trusting any medicine that has not been in use for at least 50 years. Even these medicines, as we know (think Benzodiazepines ca. 1970) have the potential to rob people of their souls and the process is initiated in a 15 minute psychiatric appointment,

I know this is oh so easy to say. I currently exercise. I didn't always. It fucking sucks having to get into it. I did it though. I was sick from Opiates and I ran even though it hurt. These days I exercise pretty much every day and I'm healthy. I know, great for me. IU just am saying, if I can do it, you can do it.

Cut out the processed foods, stop drinking Alcohol, exercise every day. Start small. Find the exercise that you truly enjoy. For instance, I fucking hate running. I hate it. Cycling, I love. It's like I'm not even working out. Find your thing and jump into it.

If u will walk a lot and exercise regularly i had the best fat Down/Muscle grow ratio with modafinil + tramadol.
On stims u can loose weight fast, but zje damage they do to the body + after guitting them u will gain fat back. Maybe even more because your hormones will be not on normal levels...So opioids +moda/coffee and movement = more healthy loss of weight. Buz u will be addicted to opioids so...thats another thing to consider...first WD Is not that bad but 21str....

Back in the days when training was called everyday live.

Or was it, when everyday live was like a workout.
For sure there were no fitness clubs, never been in one.
But as they are everywhere, and always extra open so you can look.
What a waste of energy. Though way better then taking a drug.

But a necessity its not. Both, a drug is just worse then wasted potential.

I know everybody is different. I'm not saying my life would apply to everybody. When I started getting clean, I ended up cycling again, which I had done competitively when I was a teenager.

I ride about 30 minutes each way to work every day. I'm putting in effort, but I'm not killing myself. I can eat an entire 1.5qt container of ice cream in a single sitting and I don't gain weight. I eat literally whatever I want.

My point is not to say how great I am here. Like @emkee_reinvented was alluding to, people have gotten so far into a sedentary lifestyle that the idea of walking to a store 4 blocks away instead of driving is anathema to American life. You don't walk to the store, you drive to the store. When you leave your house, it is in a car... period.

I tell people I know about cycling and what I do. When I say for instance that I ride 5 miles each way to work on my bike, I swear, sometimes the look on peoples' faces is one of shock and concern. Are you okay? Did the elements hurt you? Are you okay? People constantly say, "oh I'll give you a ride, you don't have to put yourself through that". I actually enjoy riding my bike after establishing my base level of fitness. The independence, connection to nature and the feeling of using your own power to get somewhere, it's just an awesome feeling, especially for a former Heroin addict who would sit in the same place for 12+ hours at a time and only move to do more Heroin.

I'm trying to say that people have forgotten what they are actually capable of. Riding a bike at a leisurely pace for an hour every day is not only possible, it's enjoyable. Instead, people drive their cars all over a 3 square mile area, sitting in traffic, road raging, paying for gas, insurance

If I can do this shit, anybody can do it.
