I also was taking methadone to get off oxycontin and it was hard, but i had noticed that when i stopped taking the oxy and jumped on methadone that i could drop my intake of methadone dramatically everyday and it was easily tolerable until i didnt need anything anymore...my suggestion would be to take the darvocet for a couple days, less as each day goes by, then something else for a couple days...by doing this, ur body doesnt build tolerance or need anything, you will sleep fine and get no restlessness...it really worked for me the first time...i then relapsed and did it again..i was very surprised that it worked...also a little will power wouldnt hurt
darvocet right now would be dangerous for my liver bro - I dunno if you even comprehend the power of methadone withdrawals, talking months - not "dropping dramatically everyday until i didn't need anything" - sounds like you had a pretty low dose rec habbit and got out in time. Which is good bro! I'm sorry you relapsed - are you full blow again? And also, will power is the foundation of quitting anything, I'm not sure who you aimed that at but it's mindless dribble. Not trying to flame you but that sort of a thing to say just isn't helpful. "Stay strong, Good luck .. etc" All of which I wish you.

! The fresh air was wonderful, it truly did turn my mindset around. Now here is the catch my friend: as I've stated I'm in some pretty severe pain right now from my liver values and also now some blood in my urine. I'm not sure if it was this or if it was my mind sobering up, but, I went from saying "man I'll never want to use, I want to experience life sober etc etc..." to "this pain is killing me wtf should I do" to now (still haven't used) "I want to be able to use once a week". It's no surprise to me, this is the first clean time I've had in over a decade really. I have found everything from the cooler weather, rain, the smell of some girls
