Best way to detoxify your body

Yup.

Light exercise (cardio) is a great idea... even a decent walk through a park/countryside will do you good. Good to get plenty of fresh air.
 
I thought coke and speed (particularly coke) well well know for not really having a comedown?

I was drinking Friday night and had mild hangover when I woke on Saturday but still went out as I made plans so downed more drinks before I went out to take my mind off the hangover and by the time I was half way pissed I started on the coke and carried on drinking throughout the night but had intentions of going home early hours Sunday. but there was a house party going on so thought fuck it and started dabbling with the base I had left and continued like this until 4pm Sunday barely drinking any water and hardly eaten a thing.

The coke I had was really strong too and so was the base but I only usually have one or the other but coke always gives me a bit of a comedown, base doesn't. The amount of different drinks I mixed to didn't help I had cider, lager, vodka, real ales and whisky over the course of the weekend so all this contributed to my suffering. I could of had mdma too but had at least a little bit of sense to refuse it or could of been a lot worse haha.
 
After suffering the worst comedown I've had
in years from a speed and coke sesh the weekend I was wondering whats the best method to speed up recovery? I very rarely get bad comedowns but this one takes the piss lol

maybe just half a pill the next time if you cant handle it ;)

not read the other replies so maybe repeating what's been said

take a break from stims for a bit, 2-3-4-5-6 weeks if you can.

try and get a routine going, what time you go to bed, what time you get up, what time you eat.

a little bit of exercise will help, even 15/20 minutes a day.

plenty of water every day, try for 2 litres. get good simple food into you.

fruit n veg, make some soups n salads.

vit B6 and C should help, i find L-Trypothan works for me.
 
just ordered some of that onnit 180 that scotsman recommended i'll probably be recovered by the time it arrives but can use it after this weekend see how it goes and always got it there for future emergencies :)

btw bogman i didn't have a pill so STFU haha ;)

yeah i am definitely going on a break anyway i'll start it from august and will be going back to the gym. i already drink a lot of water in the week at work its just weekends i let myself down. i also eat oats every morning and take barley grass powder every day with protein shake.
 
Buy a juicer-ginger, carrots, apples, raw beetroot.

l-methionine
Milk thistle
ester vit c-and or really decent multi vitamin.
Iron tablets...

Sleep, water water water.....protein bars or shakes.

more sleep.

^This. If you're looking to 'detox', then stressing your organs with a fuckton of complex molecules (however 'natural' they may be) is not a good idea. You need to flush the crap out with good ol' H2O. Simples ;)

This is probably too much info but... if my wee aint clear then i drink water until it is. even if its still clear i'll hammer water. rarely get booze hangovers these days or owt. not had kidney aches in years thank fook
