I recently bought a pair of dr scholl's massaging gel work insoles, and they help a lot. But when I went into the store, I pretty much bought the first pair of dr scholl's I saw, since I see their commercials and ads all the time and I figure they must be good, right? Well I realized I'm just a slave to dr scholl's amazing marketing, and I can't help but think there may be something better, and when this pair wears out and I buy a new pair, I need to be more informed.
What kind of insoles have you guys found best for standing/walking and lifting shit for 8+ hours a day? I was thinking about getting the sports one but I decinded on the work one instead, are the sports one's generally more high performace? This is the first time I've ever bought a pair of insoles so I have no idea what I'm doing....
